Most of the reviews on this complex are very old and I would like to share a updated review for people to consider. My wife and I lived at this complex for almost four years from May 2018 to February 2022 and we mostly enjoyed our time there. We had some up's and down's while living here and COIVD kinda played a big part of why I can't give this place a 5 star review. When we moved in our apartment wasn't ready and we had to wait a few hours to move in despite doing everything right on our part. Our apartment didn't have the carpet cleaned or changed when we moved in and pretty much we lived with it while we were there. At this time, 2018, everything was great with the staff and maintenance whenever we had an issue, which was rare. The pool and gym were nice and we enjoyed BBQ's in the summer. We had a dog and the dog part was great for letting him run around, but this is where some of our issues started. The dog part was poorly designed and would flood anytime we got more then a light rain. The drain wasn't low enough to allow for the drainage from the front of the complex. They designed a dog park to act as a drain for the from half of the parting lot causing all the rain water to flow directly into the grass. The part is set up a large square bowl and floods quickly. Moving forward they changed the watering cycle and the park flooded daily. I'm not taking a little water, I'm talking about 1 to 2 inches of water in the middle of the park. If you enjoy wiping your dogs paws every night, then this part is built for you. Towards the beginning of our time at Seven the community was great and the front office would put on community events like a Halloween party, Thanksgiving dinner, and a superbowl party, but around 2019 new management came in and the community event stopped complexly. The coffee and donuts in the office also became a thing of the past and it was clear that this manager just cared about the "bottom line" of running the place. When the management changed, the maintenance stuff changed also. before 2019 we had an onsite person and after we had a company that was quick to respond, but didn't do anything on weekends. They replaced their maintenance three times in our time there, but they were great when you needed them. The next part you're have to take with a grain of salt because of the COVID-19 situation and all the craziness that happened from March 2020 to the end of that year. During this time ALL maintenance requested were not completed unless it was a pluming, electrical, or something that couldn't wait. Getting an air filter become a three month process. In addition to the maintenance backlog the pools, gym, and grills were shut down without much notice and remained this way until late in the summer. When people would ask about getting discounts on rent for not being able to use the amities, the manager would make rude comments about what our, "rent payed for and we WOULD NOT get a discount." We were charged for the propane for the grills without being able to use them. The pool opened in late July and you had to check-in with the front desk and they would only give you an hour at the pool. At this time we were paying $1400+ a month and we weren't seeing any benefit from this complex. It was with great joy that we heard the manager at that time had left the company and was replaced by someone who was working in the office at that time. This new manager opened the pool, gym, and returned the grills, but the property manager decided to start a complex wide paint project that dragged for almost 6 months. They changed the colors from a bright mix of greens, yellows, and orange to grey, light grey, and pale greens. This killed the soul of the complex. They also locked up the front office during COVID and would only speak with people during an appointment. The onsite manager tried her best, but was prevented in doing a lot by the property owners. She did try to do community events and invited food trucks to come every other Tuesday and would send out a list of what each truck was selling. The complex has an arrangement with Cox Communications to be the sole option for TV and Internet which didn't impact us much, but if you want direct TV or Dish you had to get permission and make the repairs for any damage caused by these companies. Towards the end of our stay at these apartments the standard of the renters had gone down significantly and you couldn't walk anywhere in the complex without getting a contact high by the large amounts of weed being smoked. The complex started to get very trashy and we started to feel unsafe at night. The gates in this "gated community" where always left wide open over night because the contractors working in the complex during the day weren't given access to the gates and management would just leave the gates open for them during the day. They would forget to turn the gates back on before leaving and that meant that the gates were wide open. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. My roommate and I lived at this complex for over two years, and unfortunately the issues started the day we moved in. We were charged a cleaning fee, yet the apartment was not move-in ready. It was dirty, dusty, and clearly had not been properly cleaned. We were told it was a scheduling issue and that someone would come clean it after we had already moved in. A cleaner eventually came days later, but that doesn't change the fact that we paid to move into a clean apartment and didn't receive one. The maintenance issues started almost immediately. Within the first few months, our A/C failed multiple times and ultimately had to be replaced. During the replacement, maintenance cut a large hole in the wall and never repaired it. Over the next two years, we submitted multiple work orders, reminded maintenance during other visits, and repeatedly requested that the wall be fixed. Every request was ignored. Now, after moving out, management is trying to charge us $150 for damage their own maintenance team caused and refused to repair despite repeated requests. They're also charging $155 for carpet cleaning due to "stains." We lived there for over two years, and normal wear is expected. More importantly, this fee was never disclosed in our lease as a separate move-out charge. These are only a few of the questionable charges included in our nearly $800 move-out bill. After reading other reviews, it appears many former residents have received similarly excessive charges. Things became even more concerning when my roommate transferred to a one-bedroom within the same complex. She signed her lease, paid all required fees, and her lease began on July 11. Because she was out of town, she planned to pick up her keys on July 14. When she arrived, the apartment was filthy and completely unfit to move into, forcing her to reschedule her movers. She was later told by Brianna, a leasing agent, that she had informed Melissa, the Assistant Property Manager, on July 11 that the apartment still needed to be cleaned because the cleaners had not done an acceptable job. Despite knowing the apartment wasn't move-in ready, management allowed the lease to begin and accepted her rent. The apartment wasn't cleaned until the afternoon of July 15, meaning she paid rent for several days on an apartment she couldn't occupy. She repeatedly requested reimbursement but received little response. Property Manager Lantha told her they would likely reimburse the cost of rescheduling movers but not the rent for the days the apartment was uninhabitable. She requested to speak with the Regional Manager and has still not received a response. Within two days of finally moving in, the A/C leaked heavily, the garbage disposal didn't work, and the washing machine flooded nearly half the apartment. On July 22, management offered either two days of rent reimbursement or a reduction in some of our move-out charges. My roommate immediately asked about those charges, and Brianna stated she hadn't noticed anything beyond dust during our walk-through. Then, on July 23, Lantha emailed nearly $800 in move-out charges, including damages that had never been mentioned before. The timing is difficult to ignore, as these charges appeared only after my roommate continued seeking compensation for management's failure to provide a move-in-ready apartment. This isn't about avoiding responsibility for legitimate damages. It's about being charged for damage caused by maintenance, paying rent on an apartment that wasn't habitable, and dealing with an office that consistently avoids communication and accountability. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property. If you choose to rent here, document everything, take thorough move-in and move-out photos and videos, save every maintenance request, and be prepared to dispute charges that should never have been assessed. read more

We are vendors at this apartment complex and wanted to take a moment to thank Melissa and the residents for all the support they have shown us. Every time we arrive, we are warmly greeted by the staff, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and positive. It's clear that there is a strong sense of community here, and we truly appreciate how kind and supportive everyone has been. Thank you for making us feel so welcome it's always a pleasure being here! -Taquizas Sin Fronteras read more

Beautiful, quite apartment complex. Was very happy and honestly surprised with how quite it is here. Staff has been exceptional (especially their assistant manager). Gotta say, it feels nice knowing that I found this place to call home! read more

I've had a great experience at this complex. move in was quick and easy and the girls in the front were nice. I'd recommend

DO NOT move here!!! Avoid moving into these apartments! They go out of their way to find minor issues to keep almost your entire deposit. The new manager, Lantha, is rude and dismissive of residents' concerns. I moved out in October and began emailing back and forth with Melissa, the assistant manager, asking for proof of the excessive cleaning charges. I was also charged for damages to the vinyl flooring, even though I had documented the scratches and chips on my move-in inventory form. They stated they have no records of me filling out a move out form. I provided them with a copy on my initial email. After emailing repeatedly to request a meeting with the manager and being ignored, I decided to show up in person. 12/5: When I arrived, Melissa informed me that Lantha was in a meeting with property management. I said I can wait, and Melissa let Lantha know I wanted to speak with her. I overheard Lantha rudely respond, "She needs to schedule an appointment to speak with me." Frustrated, I approached Lantha to explain my situation, but she refused to speak with me and insisted I make an appointment. I explained that I had already emailed requesting an appointment but was ignored, which was why I came in person. She still refused to help and asked me to leave. If she had time to argue with me, she could have taken a moment to address my concerns respectfully. Residents' time is just as valuable as hers--I'm busy and work full-time too. They made a copy of my move in form so I can hopefully get some or all of my deposit back and they said they will "investigate" it more. It's absurd that they don't have this on file. I sent them an email on 12/6 asking for an update on "their investigation" but no response. It is now 12/11 and still no response. At this point they are ignoring me. When I moved out, I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. When I first got the keys, the unit smelled like cat urine and was dirty, so I had to request a cleaning before moving in. Now, they're claiming that cleaning fees are required for all residents upon move-out, which was never disclosed during the lease signing or in the contract. This is why it is so shocking and unbelievable to me by the "cleaning fee" if they handed me a dirty unit when I moved in. The cleaning charges they issued were absurd. I requested photos for proof, and they sent me pictures of trivial issues: a tiny spot under the fridge glass, a small amount of lint in the dryer lint trap, and an old stove that naturally couldn't look brand new. I was shocked they even inspected the dryer lint trap! No other apartment has ever charged me for something so ridiculous. The photos shown are the ones the office sent me for their excessive cleaning fee. Other issues: During my time living there, I frequently had to contact management to clean the dog park. I paid $80 a month in dog rent for my two dogs, in addition to a non-refundable pet deposit, yet the dog park was consistently covered in feces. If they're charging pet fees, they should at least maintain the area. A few months ago I walked in to the office I spoke with Lantha to see if they can send someone out to clean the dog park because it was the worst I have ever seen and she responded with "we will clean it tomorrow morning we have management coming to look at the property." This really upset me because it is unacceptable that they want to clean it only because of people viewing the complex . I told her they need to do it at least 2-3x a week if not every day. This just shows how much they cared. A guy attempted to steal things from my patio. I called the emergency security number and was told they only help at night. I told management they didn't really care. Gym is small and most of the machines are broken. Parking is horrible. I can never find any uncovered parking spots. The only positives were the pool and the kind maintenance staff. The previous manager, Alex, was great--it's unfortunate he was replaced by such poor management. read more

Hello, I do not recommend that you move into this condominium. On the 30th, they broke into my car, broke the window and robbed me. I went to the office and complained. Today, they have not fixed the doors. They do not care. The security of what we live here is a terrible condominium for me. In reality, I regret a thousand times having rented here. I thought it was something else. They cared more about nonsense than about real things. All the floors are full of dirt, dog pee everywhere, lots of bad things, and I have photos as proof. read more

Seven Luxury Apartments - Apartments Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I have been a resident at Seven for nearly a year now. Everything in my apartment was in great shape upon move in so I have not needed to call in for much service. Last night I placed a service request for a few things and they already fixed it all. In under 24 hours! I was surprised that they had the time so close to the holiday. They left me a nice note and also emailed me that the work was complete. I am very satisfied with my experience here and recently signed my renewal. Shout out to the team, especially Ricky who signed the completed request. Great job! read more

I don't recommend you to live here, a terrible quality, the doors are always broken because of that, they stole my car and my windows broke it and no one cares because they haven't even called me the corridors always dirty. I regret opening rented here, it's nothing, how they paint it for you when you're going to rent when you sign my contract, the pool was 24h and they changed the boss and already the one who is changed the schedule, yes, because yes, and already apart from all the pool doors closed, you have to go all the way around I'm very angry read more

Do not, by all means Do Not move into these apartments! This is the worst place i have ever lived in all my life! First off the office manager is power thirsty! if you dont drive your car everyday they will put a sticker on it saying your car is abandoned and they will have it towed out with not warning what so every! yeah they put a sticker but the next day at 9 am they will have it towed like is that even enough time for me to even know there was a problem. the entire apartment complex is dirty asf they never clean the trashes ! the gym is so dusty and dirty we cant even workout without sneezing every 5 seconds. The grills on site do not work ever ! The jucuzzi is colder than the pool! Also there is no grace period, In other words Rent is due on the 1st everyday after that is 68$ and on the 3rd day they can sending you letting saying pay your rent or your breaking the lease. Another thing the office charges so much dumb ass fees when paying rent like an inconvenience fee its always 61$. These apartment's are by far the most money hungry place i've i have ever lived at. Forgot to mention you can do no work on your car. For example, if you change your oil; the next day you will have a sticker on your car saying it will be towed bc its inoperable, if you need to fix something minor like a leaky hose; next day there will be a sticker on your car saying it will be towed bc its inoperable. I honestly hate these apartments and the office so much they will seat there and say "oh it's in your lease" "Im just doing it bc it says in your lease". The office can care less about you and more about getting more money out of you ! Or sit there and have your car towed so much that you're drowning to barely make ends meet! There will be so many more bad comments like this bc im starting a petition of other ppl that live here that are suffering from all this BS! read more

So upsetting to live in this complex !! We have moved to this complex on July 25 , before I moved in I asked to exterminate the apartment so I do t have a problem with any insects. However, since we moved I have suffered from roaches all over the apartment. We did 5 treatments and nothing seems to help . I have complained many times . I found myself calling the office 5 times a day . Maintenance is horrible with house calls . After complaining so many times , the manager told me that Iam the only person that is complaining form the building (16) so I went and knocked door by door from bottom top to ask if anyone is experiencing what Iam experiencing . Apparently I found out that the whole building is suffering from roaches all over the building . Clearly I'm not , neither my apartment is the cause for this cockroaches pandemic . The lease agreement was written for there benefits so we can't brake the lease . I would highly recommend to stay away from this complex ! "Luxury seven apartments " Far from being luxurious !! Horrible , terrible experience! Can't Waite to move out !!!!! Don't do my mistake stay away!! read more

We have lived here for 3 years and had a good living experience overall. Like the grounds and the resort style living. Office staff is very understanding and willing to help any way they can. Property can be noisy at times but overall we wouldn't have stayed here for 3 years if it were a real problem. read more

I haven't even lived here a month and I am already experiencing issues with maintenance & front office staff. When I moved into the complex my apartment wasn't even ready, there was damage in the kitchen and bathroom & it was also dirty, I had to wait even longer to get my apartment due to that I expressed to them that they needed to fix these things and they just brushed it off like nothing. Also recently I was cooking an egg and my stove catched on fire & the microwave popped & stopped working. I had let maintenance & front office staff know and they have not done anything to fix it and they blamed me for the incident saying that they found oil in the stove & that was the cause of the incident but I haven't even really cooked since I haven't even been here a month so that couldn't have been me. Maintenance came in and stated that stove needed new coils and had old oil They just keep making up excuses about the microwave cuz they don't want to spend money on it to fix it. Also there's always piss & dog shit everywhere no one picks up after their pets & the hallways always smell horrible. So far living here has been the worst. Oh and the only way they will actually be on it or fix the issue is if you write a horrible review that's the only time they seem to care because they don't want to look bad. read more

My daughter notified the office, she spoke to Alex, on 1/5/21 that there were termite tubes coming out of her ceiling. He told her they would have someone out by 1/8, and if not, then by 1/11. On 1/12, when she had not been informed of a date and time for pest control, she went into the office and spoke to Alex again. At that time, he told her Greystar was in between contracts with a pest control vendor. He asked her to send pictures. She sent pictures over that same date, the 12th and was told they would get back with her on a date. It is now 1/15 and they still have not arranged to have pest control come. She has sent them additional photos of the termite tubes and the termites when the termite tubes broke open, three times now, over her living room rug. And when they have broken open, the tubes "grow" right back. She contacted pest control vendors on her own and was told they would not come out because they live in an apartment complex. I have referred her to the AZ Dept of Housing and provided her with a copy of the Landlord Tenant Act. I think 10 days is more than reasonable to expect relief. read more

The staff here is really amazing my only complaint is the energy consumption in the units. The appliances are on the older side so they cost a lot to use but other than that this place is very comfortable very nice and well-kept read more

It's been a nightmare experience living here, and it's only been 1 month. I moved in on the 5th, and that's 2 days after my initial move in date so you'd think the place would be at least clean and prepared with more then enough time before I moved in. It wasn't.. it was completely dirty, dusty, and looked like the painters and maintenance staff didn't keep up with Apt at all. There are defected cabinets, broken cabinet doors, the floors look like laquor was spilled everywhere so the laminate is damaged and not fixable in those places. The microwave doesn't spin, and all the main light bulbs were dull and on the verge of dying. It was very disappointing to move into this VERY expensive place and be told it's a "luxury" experience when in fact it was the opposite. There's nothing luxury about this living experience. The office can only offer to send guys in to look at the pre existing damage, and with this pandemic and Covid spreading like wild fire I don't thinks it's responsible of the complex to neglect the apts initial clean up and preparation and then expect the Tenant to make phones calls and appointments to get things fixed and cleaned that SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE WE MOVED IN!. My girlfriend is pregnant and I have a 1yo child and I don't want random guys coming in (massless because they don't require their maintenance staff to wear masks) touching everything and occupying our space. Things like the screen door, cabinets doors, fridge and everything else should have been examined and taken care of before the unit was made available. And we pushed our move in date back 2 days and things still weren't finished apparently. And also, before I forget to mention... they called this place "Luxury" but find it acceptable to move me into a unit like this where the ENTIRE side of the fridge is punched in like a baseball bat went at it. It's straight up beat up and damaged and they found that acceptable for someone to move in with smh. Absolutely frustrating to be shown a PERFECT unit and then move into what they gave us. We regret the decision to move here. Everything is overpriced and expensive for no reason. All the grass is fake around the complex and there's never any power washing so you gotta be careful letting your kids play in it because it's covered in dog poop daily and never maintained. Is almost a $60 convenience fee to pay online, otherwise you have to get a certified check. I tried to pay my water today to stay ahead of the bill, and it was $26 for water for the month, which is fine.... But when I went to pay it on the online portal the fee for paying it was $56 smh... so it costs me more to actually pay for the bill then the actual bills cost. The office is always short staffed (or so it seems) they never answer the phone, and it takes several attempts throughout the day for me or my girlfriend to get someone on the line. And after I brought up all these issues with the move in and the quality of my unit the office offered me NO HELP! All they could do was schedule times for the maintenance crew to come finish cleaning the unit, which was stupid and pointless because I already had to clean up their mess before I could bring my personal items in it have my couches and beds brought in. So all in all, they offered nothing and pretty much just laughed it off like "We could send someone to clean everything up, but it sounds like you took care of it." They are kind in the office, but just read off what their told to say and can't really offer any real help when the situation call for it. Even after explaining the damage to the fridge, they Couldn't replace it at all. So I'm paying just about $2k for a 2bedroom 2 bath that has damaged floors, paint stained cabinets and counters, damaged fridge and microwave, and I paid cleaning fees upon moving in JUST TO DO THE CLEANING MYSELF!!!! I don't know if I should blame Greystar for poor property management, or just seven for being fake luxury scam apts.. but regardless, moving here was the WORST moving decision I've ever made..... I hope this long review can help some people make a better decision for themselves read more

I have been waiting until I received my final bill to leave this review because honestly, I have no idea what management is capable of. Mainly because they do absolutely nothing and are impossible to get ahold of unless you actually GO IN the office. The property is beautiful. Nearly exactly how it's pictured online, it's such a shame that it is so mismanaged and poorly treated. I'll start with parking. There is none. I'm not exaggerating at ALL when I say more often than not one of our household vehicles had to be parked across the complex (if there was parking out there), in front of the office (outside the "security" gate) or in the Circle K/QT parking lot(if you wanna risk being towed) If you have more than one vehicle then be prepared to fight for spots, even the illegal ones (like they actual patrol or do anything about it) like in front of the dumpsters, garages or fire ones. Many times someone was parked in my assigned spot and I called towing only to be told I need a tow card, which I never received. So there was nothing that could be done. There's been a motorcycle parked on the line between two spots for nearly 2 months and nothing was done. On to the cleanliness. There's trash and poop EVERYWHERE. I have pictures dating back over almost 2 years of someone letting their dog pee on the walls (3rd, 2nd AND 1st floor) and leaving bags of dog poop at the bottom of the stairs. Maintenance doesn't pick it up and neither do the tenants, it'll sit for days and it just reeks throughout the breezeway. Countless times I was told that they would come and power wash to get rid of the smell, it never happened. They just stopped answering and returning phone calls. The safety of the property is nonexistent. It's advertised as a non soliciting community and there were at least four occasions in my last MONTH there that people were knocking on my door selling magazines, the Lord and some type of book club. So you can imagine what the other almost 20 months were like. The gate is constantly broken, not that it does much anyways. I've watched people give it a small push and can get right through. My husbands car was broken into, as well as mine being tampered with, and nothing was ever done. Talked to other tenants and they too had issues with their cars being broken into. There are constant parties and no matter how much you complain about noise, unless you call the cops, nothing is going to be done. Management is useless. Brent wasn't the BEST, but at least when I had an issue it got fixed, even if it took a few days. Whoever the new lady in the office is is very sweet and tells you everything you want to hear but......useless. I had high hopes when she and I spoke for the first time and she said she was "fixing the problems at this property!" Starting with sending out a newsletter that DID come......2 weeks later. NOBODY answers the phones, I had to go multiple times in a day to the office on different occasions to retrieve boxes (which I was never notified I had outside of emails from FedEx, the screen they use in the mail room has been broken for almost 6 months & they don't email or update your tenant profile to let you know.) and the ladies seem generally disinterested in anything that has to do with their actual job. This property is so mismanaged & disgusting. It really is such a shame they don't seem to have EVER been able to get it together, no matter how many times they change the office employees, because the grounds really are beautiful and the apartments are super modern and new. The maintenance guys were nice though, so....there's that. read more

Sh*t parking Horrible lack of transparency on Construction dates Never leasing with them again read more

Been here a few weeks and loving it. Quiet and the staff are helpful. Looking forward to when the amenities open up.

My boyfriend has lived there the past year. They have recently changed the parking policy to combat the overcrowded situation and prevent any visitors from using the spaces within the gate. He's been using my car the last year (I lost my license) to help me commute to school and work from my house while also letting him retire his bike which has been a blessing during the summer months. With this new policy he can no longer use his DESIGNATED spot unless I sign onto a lease for a place I do no live at or sign him on the title of this car which provides further complications. This will prevent us from being able to commute to work and makes no sense for someone paying 1200/month. They cant even provide one designated parking space for one entire apartment unit and they call themselves luxury?? They were incompetent and seemed not to understand the complexities of people living lives. read more

Sean, Whitney and Brent have all gone out of their way to help me during a tough situation with my rooming circumstances. Not only did they help me figure it out, but Whitney went above and beyond to help me figure out electricity, water etc. I couldn't ask for a better team! Overall, the complex is very nice, the pool is clean and the units themselves are new and upgraded. Maintainance comes within 1-2 days for any assistance and they even offer an after hours line for emergencies. They do offer a free breakfast on Saturdays and a few community events every once in a while (Summer Pool Party, Mayweather broadcast of the fight etc). Highly recommend! read more

Just moved in July 2, 2015. Relocated from the Baltimore/DC area and am thoroughly impressed. I was able to complete all of the required paperwork and make all of my pre move in payments online prior to my arrival. When I arrived, I signed two pieces of paperwork and was in my apartment (after a short tour, of course). I got a really nice, unexpected goodie bag complete with a handwritten welcome note, bottled water, a cool, Tervis-like cup, popcorn, and magnets. :) The grounds are gorgeous and the maintenance team takes great care to ensure that they stay that way. I found a few things that needed repairs or attention during my move in inspection and had maintenance at my door the next morning (there was nothing requiring immediate attention). Both gentlemen were extremely nice, personable, and got all of the things I listed taken care of quickly and without incident. The community is gated which is also a nice plus. You will receive a key fob that grants you access through the vehicle and pedestrian gates, as well as the clubhouse, mail room, pool, and gym. Your guests can look you up at a call box located outside of the gate and the box calls your cell phone so you can grant them gate access. Convenient! Don't be put off by the complex's proximity to the 101. I live in a location in the complex very close to the highway and cannot hear a thing from inside my apartment. The walkways, paths, and hallways to the apartments are all well lit and I have always felt safe while walking through the complex. It is also very quiet. No thumping music or people partying until dawn. It's surprisingly quite serene! The mailboxes are located in the clubhouse and is accessible 24 hours a day as well as the gym and bathrooms. The pool isn't huge, but is beautiful and has tons of loungers, cabanas, firepits, and misters. They even have BBQ grills next to the pool and a large eating area (there are additional gas grills and seating set ups strewn throughout the complex too). I am pretty sure the pool is 24 hours as well, but don't quote me on it. Keone and the rest of the Seven staff are amazing. I have been going through hell with the company I hired to move my stuff and am basically living with nothing but an air mattress and three changes of clothes. I had to go into the office to sign another document and was explaining my situation to the staff. They were ridiculously sympathetic and even offered to lend me pots, pans, and anything else I would need from their own homes. Fortunately, I have some good friends here who are helping me out until my stuff gets here, but I thought I would add this into my review to show just how compassionate and kind the staff here are. A few things you may wish to consider: 1) parking is limited. You are assigned one space under a covered awning. If you have more than one vehicle, the other must park in an uncovered, unassigned guest spot (which can sometimes be difficult to find, especially on weekends). Unless you live on the third floor, your assigned spot will be nowhere near your apartment. The majority of the covered parking is on the opposite side of the complex from where I live. That means hauling groceries quite a distance and making multiple, long trips. I asked to be moved to a closer spot, but was told that the developers of the complex made the parking plans based on the floor you live on, not the location of your building. I bought a collapsible wagon and tote my purchases that way, but it really can be a pain. If there was ANYTHING I would deduct a star for here, that would be it, but I'm not disabled in any way and am really just being fickle (apologies). No stars off because I am admittedly a tad bit lazy and not acclimated to the heat! 2) Don't park in an assigned spot if it's not yours. Management does enforce towing. 3) There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms or living room, so bring lamps! (The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and dining area are all equipped with overhead lights). 4) I can hear the person above me stomping around during the day and can also hear when the shower is on upstairs, but can't hear televisions or voices. I lived in an atrociously old, loud building in MD prior to moving here, so I am not bothered by this at all, but for someone who isn't used to hearing noise from neighbors or that may be bothered by this, you'd probably want to know. 5) Every month, you receive a bill with your rent, water, trash, and pest control rolled into one bill (water is on an individual meter, not billed as a building share). You can pay online with an e-check (free) or by credit card (I think it's a $5.00 convenience fee/charge). Electricity is billed by APS and you are required to set that up and show proof to Seven prior to move in. Overall, I couldn't be happier living here and thank my lucky stars that I picked Seven Apartments as my first place in Phoenix. I can see myself living here for a very long time. read more

I have been living here for around 6 months now. The staff is great!!! Keone, the property manager, continues to impress me with his and his staff's exceptional customer service. The apartments are beautiful. It feels like a resort. They have a 24/7 pool and even a small dog park on the property. The only issue I have is with some of the tenant complaints. Why you would choose the apartment near a 24/7 pool and then complain every night is beyond my understanding. The maintenance staff are very friendly and stay on top of their work. I have friends over all the time and I always get the statement that these are the best apartments in town. I agree fully! I have very much enjoyed my time so far here and I look forward to the months to come. read more

Wonderful: At this point in time, my life is leading me to a new chapter. During my stay at Seven Apartments, I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences with the property. In particular, the staff of the leasing office have been a blessing in so many ways. For me, having the ability to speak with a human being, not a remote-online-system, was great. Also, them being straightforward from the get-go about what is expected and not being deceitful was a relief. I'm extremely thankful to have lived at a place that treats people fairly and NOT like they are human cash cattles. It's my hope that this place will continue to use this model and not go a different direction. The pool is great, the gym is tidy, and the community is always clean. It is odd to have something as trivial as an apartment feel like a home. I will be moving out of Seven Apartments to save some money for school. I'd love to stay otherwise... Anyways, great job and kudos to the staff at Seven Apartments. I've had a wonderful time here. read more

Been here a few months, and we love it so far. BEAUTIFUL apartments that are very modern. We have not had any issues with noise yet. Seems to be a younger crowd here (which is nice because I'm "younger ") The pool area is awesome, cabanas, fire pit, nice pool, grills, misters and huge hot tub. They apparently changed management before I moved in and Keone is great, very nice and seems to care about the property. read more

Seven Luxury Apartments - Pool area looking at the office - Apartments Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I've had a hard time writing this review. I go back and fourth about how I feel about it. Let me start of by saying, "Luxury" is a bit of a stretch in term of the apartment. The floor plan is glorious, truly best in the state. There is a backsplash in the kitchen which is nice, and "hard wood" looking laminate. They do offer both garages, and storage units which is very convenient. But everything else is building grade. The oven, dish washer and sink are all very low quality. The oven doesn't even have a self cleaning mode. The Fridge does have an ice maker, but it is small and VERY loud. The microwave is nice, I guess. The bathrooms are all basic, nothing spectacular. We looked at a lot of Luxury apartments in the area, and Seven won out because of their floor plans, and NOT the "luxury amenities" they claim. The pool is NOT heated, as we were told on our tour. The BBQ grills, and eating areas in the pool are filthy. Most of the grass is fake, and covered in dog poop (even if they pick it up, it's on plastic - so it doesn't break down into the soil, leaving poop spots) with no power wash schedule that I'm aware of. There is a Dog area, which is basically a grassy, gated off area, with some paintings. There is no play area for children, at all. In fact, the complex is not the "Family friendly, quiet atmosphere" we were lead to believe when we moved in. There are a LOT of college students around, and it consistently smells of weed in the hallways. Given the hefty price tag, this shocked the heck out of me. Parking is a disaster, on a regular basis. Half the time someone is parked in our spot if we try to go out to dinner. There is no rent mail drop, instead favoring you pay online - but the website is in such poor shape, I don't trust the security. All in All, I LIKE living here. I love the floor plan, dislike the basic appliances and never ending parties. read more

I just moved here from California and had a set move in date for this weekend in Seven Apartments, but due to construction delays, the apartment I held was put off by a few weeks. Though normal for a developing apartment, my parents had already booked non refundable plane tickets to come out here to help move me in and I didn't have the funds to pay for another storage unit, cancel the moving truck, nor means to couch hop for 3 more weeks. After work I dropped by and they were more than helpful with my situation and getting me into a new apartment. They went above and beyond trying to get me a place for before my parents got here. The showed me the alternative apartment that I would be put in that was in a similar location to where I would have been so I switched no problem (these apartments are just beautiful). They honored the price and helped with some of my pet fee due to the inconvenience. I was shocked! The management as well as the owner were more than helpful in getting me re-situated to move in on time. I have had a great experience with management and the owner, this place has made the transition easier than I had anticipated! Also, they put me in contact with David Jaronik, who is their go to rep for Cox, and he set me up with an amazing deal to get cable and internet for cheap. Overall, great experience with Seven Apartments! read more

For starters, this "Luxury" community is far from lavish by any means. Second, I would never look at this place the same after living here. Looks can be so deceiving, especially when management makes you think twice about your living situation. The unprofessionalism is at an all time high, which isn't exaggerative. I have lived here for 6 months, and it has undoubtedly been the most stressful 6 months of my life. Which comes to no surprise, seeing as how management is only interested in the short cut, making only their job easier. They are a poor excuse for customer service. I would highly recommend NOT living here, not now, not EVER. read more

New residents management and the front office is non-existent. Gave us the wrong move in date. Then would not admit their error and gave us a new date. The apartment was still not ready on that rescheduled date. Management stated they would send us a lease to sign. Nothing was sent. 12 phone calls made with no response. And that was for new residents. Please do not get involved in the same mess we did. Worst experience I have had. How can a company do business this way? Also when we were waiting at the office there were several tenants that were waiting to talk to management about different problems they were all experiencing Cannot overstate what an unprofessional office this is... read more

My husband, son (6months at the time) and I moved in to our unit June of 2018. Our upstairs neighbors moved in early August 2018. They stomp all throughout the day and night. I mean 3 am... 11am ... 3pm... ALL DAY. my glasses clank in the cabinetry. The hanging lights and ceiling fans sway back and forth. My picture frames have fallen off the wall. My son became so scared he lost his balance and fell back, hitting his head on the hardwood floor. I've been harassed and cussed at with my son in hand on multiple occasions. They almost hit my husband in the parking lot. They smoke pot on their patio so we never get to open the windows on a nice day or step foot on our patio. Ive written them kind notes. I've talked to management . I've called the police. I went to the Courts to file an injunction against harassment. approved and served... after 6 months of documenting all of this, and working with management to get this issue resolved... we are stuck in the same unit, under the same awful party girls. Only way out is a 30 day notice, and 2 months rent up front. My 1 year old is now petrified of loud sounds, and we absolutely dread living here every. single. day. I WISH I could post the numerous videos I have on here to show you the amount of distress we've had to deal with. Terribly managed. Thanks Roxanne, for proving nothing but a TERRIBLE, STRESSFUL, living environment for my family. read more

I have lived here since June of 2015. The staff is amazing- seriously the events they coordinate to help the residents feel like they apart of a growing and thriving community is something I'll miss when I purchase a home. The amenities are also pretty sweet-- the fitness center, indoor mail room, spa, pool and the fire pits gas grills cabanas and much more give you the feeling you are on vacation at a high end resort. The modern feel of every apartment is a fun open concept that everyone will accommodate anyone's taste. Can't say enough positive things about the manager keone, he is the friendliest, most professional yet funniest guy to have working to ensure you are happy and enjoying your stay here. read more

I'll start with stating I was not going to leave a review however issues persist and we are going to make it public after 9 1/2months of the run around. Derrick, whom no longer works for Seven apts/Greystar was a warm and very friendly guy. He did everything that he could to make our first bad experiences on this property a little better through compensation. (Maybe he was the smart one getting out right away) The new management stepped in about our 3rd month here. This property had a RM working it for a few weeks. The new manager had his work cut out for him to clean up all the issues. He is a friendly manager and will tell you what you want to hear. This has become the problem. He has yet to resolve our move in check list, our storage unit that was given to us per previous manager was re-rented and key given out without notice to us.(our items were stolen and Seven claims no responsibility for), and promises to resolve ongoing issues just continue. I like the guy, but you can only take things not getting resolved for so long before you feel its an act. We were the first ones to look at the property and first to move in according to Derrick. Our move-in date kept getting changed and this caused a HUGE issue with the property in the Biltmore that our lease was up on. Because of the property being unfinished and still not released by construction, we were told things incorrectly. Those things we were told we would have that you will NOT find in this luxury property are Stainless steel appliances, flat top (glasstop) range, or high end kitchen faucet. You will find instead black lower end refrigerator / dishwasher and coil burner electric range. The kitchen faucet is the standard cheapo .. and ours has broke off twice already and is loose again. These are NOT LUXURY apartments, and I do question what legality standing they have to classify them as such. Is it the linoleum fake wood floors, the cheap Formica counters, low end appliances. Just more false advertising, in my opinion. If it was granite, high end appliances, or even wood flooring...maybe then Luxury. The only thing super nice is the clubhouse and pool area (until damages were done by tenants) With any new construction, issues are sure to be there. We turned in a list of big issues we wanted corrected nine (9) months ago. However, those have not been addressed yet. This alone is the reason for this review! Also, we have had to fight for those things that were promised to us upon signing the lease. NOTE: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Do Not take verbal promises. Also as stated in other reviews, some amenities have been changed without notice. We have pest issues with crickets and scorpions. Yes you are bill monthly in the rent bill for this service that is never provided. Yes, we have asked for such services and they are NOT provided...again the reason for this review. As for previous reviews about noise around the pool and why would someone complain if they live by the pool. I will answer this one for you. Management on this property promised well built sound proof construction and ensured us as tenants that we would not hear noise from the pool area. Let me also state the rent is $1050-$1400 or so depending on the unit, so peace and quiet is not part of that rent???? Let just get this out there. These are NOT sound proof by any means. So be prepared to be disturbed at all hour. Yes, you get a double dose. Once late at Night from all those loud drunks at the pool til 2-4am yelling, playing music, or whatever and then the kiddos arrive at 8-9a in the Morning, so if you don't have to work at the crack of dawn..good luck sleeping in or getting any sleep. You hear everything thru the windows/sliding glass door to the patio. Now let not forget the LEASE states no more than 2 guests (management says 4 is ok) which is Fine, but NO ONE follows it and Management has done nothing to resolve the HUGE Parties. I Guess its ok to invite everyone on your Facebook and have them show up at 11p in groups of 40+ at a time from same resident.. AS Far as Security to call and take care of the matter, NONE. Yes that too was promised several times. That has NEVER Happened. Countless Health city violations with pets in Pool area too can be observed. I agree with previous posts about crime on this property. Beware! Just this last weekend a large bag of Meth was in the hallway, so if you have kids here be concerned. This is not a joke I'm sure you can inquire with the police department on crimes on this property. Cops were called and police report on file as well as verified by officers the drug found was indeed Meth... with this and many other issues like public sex acts, break ins. This property has gone downhill in a short period of time. BEST ADVISE, Stay Away. This place has been the worst place in my 12yrs I've lived at in the valley. We will find somewhere that actually is "Luxury" and can keep the property safe. read more

Living here was great. Moving out is a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. If you have a pet here, be prepared to pay for new carpet. Even though it is not in the pet addendum, it is something they do to everyone. Even without photo proof. When moving out PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING!! read more

Not impressed with this place. Poorly managed and dogs not on a leash. I fell do to a dog going after me and the owner didn't have on a leash. 1600 dollars in bills later for me to pay. Dirty hallways and apartment wasn't ready to move in. 90 days of not fixing ceiling fan in this hot weather was bull. People have moved out due to lots of problems. read more

Been living at seven apartments for 6 months now. Every month has been hell. I'll start with the kitchen sink randomly over flooring with black liquid. Twice. The parking is horrible. There's never anyone in the front office to help. They never answer their phones. Now the big issue is the upstairs neighbor. Since they moved in 4 months ago. They do nothing but stomp around upstairs. And the floors are thin to begin with. We kindly ask them to be respectful and mindful and try to keep it down around the time we are home. We have a one year old baby that needs to sleep at night. They never open their door when we try to talk to them so we leave them notes. We had to complain to the front office many times. Which the office has done nothing. We've called the cops many times. Which they do nothing. The upstairs neighbors for months have now been banging and slamming crap on the floor purposely. We went up to the office yesterday and then neighbors came down as well. Got in my wife's face with our one year old baby and wanted to jump her. Cussed in her face. Our son has gotten so scared from them slamming on the floor so hard he fell back and smacked his head on the ground. We are completely over this hell hole The office has offered to move us units. But we shouldn't have to move! We aren't the problem! We told them we want to break our lease now. And all they say is that we have to pay 3 times the rent! Which the rent alone isn't cheap and isn't worth what we have to deal with! This place is horrible and not a good home to live in. Look elsewhere. read more

Seven was my first apartment and I truly enjoyed living there. The apartment was nice, quiet, and affordable and the only down side is parking (reason for not being 5 stars). However, Cathy at the front office is truly amazing, down to earth, respectful, I would rent again because of her. If you go, ask for her, I promise you won't be disappointed. read more
