The paperwork they have you fill out is from months ago. They lie on every dated paperwork they have you fill out. Nobody is coming to do home checks with seniors or anything. We first got connected because they sent someone to care for my grandfather and me, my mom and my aunt had complaints every single day that we verbally expressed several times to the CEO Jerry and his wife Janet, the only resolution they gave us was "well you can do it yourself" (they're words exactly) and from then on I became the caregiver for my grandfather. They have discriminated against me, cut my hours, took clients all because I won't let them treat me any kind of way. I've tried to speak with them professionally, tried to speak with BBB and nothing. If you love your loved ones DONT I repeat DONT do business with them. It says they're "temporarily closed" but yet "still in business" I can guarantee it's some more back dated paperwork that has everything to do with it. Most importantly, they are both extremely kind to our mom and because of that, she looks forward to seeing them. They assist her with her personal needs, heat up meals for her, encourage her to get up and walk around the house with their assistance so she doesn't sit for too long and finally, they get her ready for bed and put her to bed for the night.
