When I got there all of the numbered spaces for pickup were taken so I parked a few stalls down. I waited a while and then overheard an employee talking to two different customers. They both had been given the wrong orders. Whatever was going on caused a huge backup. I do not think it was the employees fault because I heard them say that they had confirmed the order with the number the customers gave them. Slow forward to 37 minutes later. The employee came to me with a bag and asked if it was my order. It was not. He was so apologetic. He immediately went in and retrieved my correct order. In all, I waited about 45 minutes, which is very unusual. I will continue to use the shop online and drive up service as it's convenient and I don't want to go in store. I felt bad for the employees.

Not cremation…read more I researched for the closest pet cemetery in my area, and Bubbling Well was the closest (although still far..2 hours away) as all the local pet cemeteries permanently closed/shut down during the pandemic. Last year, we went to Bubbling Well to get our dog a burial service. Georgina from Bubbling Well has guided me throughout the process, and was super kind and sympathetic to me and my family during our grief of losing our longtime loving companion. She was patient and provided us with detailed pricing information and suggestions based on our budget and burial land that is the closest distance to access. This year, our family had lost another loved one and Georgina remembered us. She gave us a hug and again guided us throughout the process, was very flexible with our appointments, and overall was a kind and caring staff member. I can't thank Georgina enough for assisting our family in giving peaceful burial services to both of our dogs. If you ever want a pet burial service for your loved ones, I'd recommend coming to Bubbling Well. The only hardest part was the drive to the pet cemetery as you're required to drive up a small mountain with wind-y roads. You'll need to drive carefully, but once you reach there, the pet cemetery looked very maintained and well kept. The drive up is less than 5 minutes. *** If driving up the small mountain is difficult for you, then I do NOT recommend having a pet burial service at Bubbling Well because it can impact your desire of wanting to visit your pet since the drive is a dread. Highly recommend you check out the pet cemetery before deciding on this place. I love this cemetery personally and don't mind the drive to visit my loved ones *** When talking to Georgina, I learned that the furthest customer that has came to Bubbling Well was someone who flew from New York last week! I was fortunate enough to meet Richard Landen while I was there. Richard was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I told Richard I needed to discuss a few of the model options with my wife, and I'd call him with a decision within a week. I phoned Richard a few days later, and told him which model Subzero we wanted to order. He couldn't have made the whole purchase any easier. Richard emailed me the receipt, and told me the new Subzero would be available for pickup in a few days. Richard was kind enough to inform me that if I selected a certified installer Subzero adds an extra year to the warranty! So I figured I had better do just that, and I went with Top Tier Appliance Installations which is owned by John Yeager. If there was ever an appropriately named business, it's John's business! John and his crew really were top tier! From keeping me apprised of their arrival time to protecting my floors removing the old SubZero, to being diligent as they carefully lugged these 800 pound machines (both the old Subzero and the new Subzero) up and down my stairs without damaging my home! The installation job they did on my new Subzero was spectacular! I would highly recommend John and his team without reservation! I'm a very particular guy, and John and his team are definitely welcome back in my home anytime. Going forward, anytime I need new appliances, I will be calling Richard at Tee Vax to buy them, and John at Top Tier Appliance Installations to install them!

We weren't pressured, and we weren't ignored. We were left alone to try the beds we wanted and when we needed help, we received it. The balance was perfect. Delivery was delayed a bit because of an inventory mix up, I guess, but within a week we had our new Chattam and Wells mattress and adjustable base set up. AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS, WE WOKE UP WITH NO BACK PAIN! Needless to say, we're thrilled with the bed and the entire experience!

We were really looking forward to our new mattress. The problem was on the backend . Complete and utter failure on the part of the warehouse and delivery team. We did our part paid for everything up front. We even threw in for the warranty. We set up and confirmed time & location several times for delivery which I took time off of work to make happen. The morning of the delivery, we get a phone call from the delivery driver who does not speak English that well got completely lost and kept blaming us for a bad address. We had to work with him on the phone for quite a while the whole time he kept blaming me when he shows up he show me his paperwork on the delivery sheet to prove me wrong and it had my correct address ! Somehow his phone was sending him way out of the way downtown somewhere. He didn't even apologize or admit that he was in the wrong . I had them come upstairs to take the old mattress away he kind of scoffed at it. With his coworker in another language. Open laziness attitude even. Proceeded to unload the mattress told me to inspect it first. Thank god I did otherwise I would've been stuck with a defective damaged and ripped bed that they sealed and wrapped! We were told many times that this was like new sanitized damage free. Used only once and returned with no damage. I refused the whole order.
