She has two John Hancock Policies that cover her up to $180 a day for help. When she first enrolled, they asked for a credit card to keep on file and said they would NEVER charge the card without contacting us, and that would only happen if insurance did not pay. Needless to say, THEY LIED. I guess it is easier for them to charge an unauthorized amount to a card, than to properly bill the insurance and if there is a problem, contact the insured. There are many other REPUTABLE AGENCIES out there! BEWARE OF THIS ONE!!
