They have a state-of-the-art clubhouse that has ping pong tables , a theater and a gym The apartments themselves are very large 900 square feet and all of them have a balcony. Two meals a day are provided so I was not as concerned about the kitchen. Mom and I had dinner in their dining room and I have to say the food was very good. They have a regular menu and then an alternate menu that you can choose from daily. There are four course dinners available if you want to eat a lot. My mom will be moving in next week. Will update the review afterwards.

The facility is always kept spotless and they adhere to strict precautions to ensure the utmost safety for the residents and staff. My mom has been there since February 2020 so I saw their care before and during Covid, I have had no complaints whatsoever! Even though families couldn't visit in person for a long time, they made sure to keep the residents engaged and busy all day, every day! They have had fun events like a Chili Cook off, celebrations of National Pretzel Day, National Chocolate Day, National Lemonade Day and plenty of other fun things to entertain the folks living there! They always go the extra mile to decorate and provide photo-ops to make it a lot of fun for all involved and so family's can see their loved ones enjoying themselves! Elaine provided lots of help, patience and guidance in helping my Mom find the perfect new home. Beautifully decorated, and well-kept property and community. The community and residents are very warm and inviting. Then, I discovered mold in my mom's apartment during the first week of October and promptly informed the maintenance team. Unfortunately, the actions taken did not remove the mold and my mother continues to experience symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, runny nose, aches, and pains for months, which the Dr confirmed are directly related to mold exposure. I escalated the matter to Pacifica's Executive Director, and she immediately coordinated with maintenance to treat the mold, requiring my mother to vacate the apartment temporarily. While the maintenance team applied mold treatment and repainted the ceiling, my mother continued to find mold on personal belongings, including shoes, purses, and towels. Executive Director acknowledged the issue and offered to move my mother to another unit within the building. However, I cannot risk her health any further in that environment and moved her out. When I informed Executive Director my Mother was moving out end of month, she reminded me that they required a 30 day notice which she agreed to waive. However, when I asked for a refund for the last months rent see her response: "We have addressed your concerns that were brought to our attention. We offered to move your mom's room. According to your contract you needed to give us 30 day notice, which I waived for you. Our company is unable to give you a credit for the previous months rent." The building has mold - BEWARE. You're paying tons of money for these people to watch over your elderly parent with dementia but you cannot trust anyone!

Absolutely disgusting I went immediately to try to get housekeeping to come and clean her room ! I waited 23 mins till finally I went to The woman in charge only to be told she was too busy doing payroll with the head nurse and I said well excuse me I don't care what you're doing my moms room is just disgusting and there's poop in her shower and I walked away do you think they got up to come help me with this issue? Nope! I went back down the hall to my moms room and finally the gal from housekeeping was just entering the room I explained what the issue was she says don't worry I'll get to it I said no this is unacceptable ! This is the third week in a row I have gone there and her room has just been disgusting never to this extent where there was feces in the shower but the smell of urine it's just ridiculous I've always written nice reviews about here because they were good to their residence but no more between them having to disinfect her room for bedbugs to now feces in the shower I think it's time the world knows the truth about the Colony Club it's sad but true I left a message for the owner to call me I've yet to get a callback!
