For 5 days stay she sent me an invoice for $802.25 I paid 50% down which she told me to in order to keep my spot .i went ahead on February 6th ,2019 and Paid $401.25 ,my surgery keep putting off becoz I had bronchitis and was wheezing ,I keep communicating with "Shay" back and forth to let her know what is going on .Finally I had another date for March 4th ,2019 to do my Surgery so finally I am prepared to drive down to Fort Lauderdale on the 3rd March the day before . I reached Forth Lauderdale that night after 10pm and text her to let her know that I have arrived in Fort Lauderdale and I am going to meet up with her to pay the balance in the morning .She text me a different address from the previous one she had text me before ,different from the one online to look at her place and I saw all the pictures on her website wherein this is the place I need to be in with all these comfort after surgery . I even asked if she had a nurse she said yes a CNA .To my surprise when I get to the new address she gave me which is 9080NW 12th ST,Plantain 33322 I was in shocked that beautiful place with all those pictures I say online r all false ,nothing like that ,the bed is a disgrace and the 2 beds in the room r 2 panel beds I took pictures of them ,there is no way u can sleep on those beds after doing surgery and in pain .i went as far as saying ok since I am here just change the mattress then and not even that she's not willing to do .she has a lady there that told me she is not a RN,CNA neither a HHA and she's the only one who works there during the days , she has no certification,no CPR,NO FIRST AIDE ,NOTHING .There is a dirty pool in the back and on top of the roof there is a large blue plastic cover that covers the roof as if it's leaking .Now shes to pay me my money she send I would get my money in my account the same day , on Thursday the 7th March she put $101.25 in my account. The previous address she had online is 1830N Univerity Dr ,ste249,Plantation Fl 33322 .When I asked her what is that address she told me it's her office location ...These people r ripping people off and the state needs to do something about it .i keep text her I need my money before taking it futher and she stop answering my calls and stop returning my text .But now I am going 100% to make sure I get back my money and that the state knows about it .i do not care if I have to spend a million bucks , people should not do this to people ...Every single thing on the website is false 300%false no bed like that no settings like that not even "single "room they do not have .its a disgrace. Here is the picture of beds along with my deposit of $401.25 and the a copy of my return from her of $101.25 ..when I lay on the bed to test it the mattress sinks in one and they put each metal food in a black plastic container

Mine is a horror story in which EOS became my guardian angel…read more I had originally booked a 4-day stay with Glamorous House. Right before my surgery on March 17, 2022, the house coordinator (Julian A. Miyares) texted me to let me know that their house was shot down and that I needed to find a new recovery house. No further explanation was given (refund of the 4-day stay still pending as of March 23, 2022). I only had a two-day window to find a place, and no funds available since Glamorous House did not offer a suitable replacement. Hotel booking and nurses were out of the question (hotel room and a 24-hour nurse cost $1,200.00 on average for a daily rate. I looked everywhere!) Other recovery houses average cost was $250-300 dollars per day and most were already booked on such a short notice and they required a 3-day stay minimum (I could not afford those many days since all my money was still tied up with Glamorous House). I finally received a call back from EOS and Cindy kindly listened to my story. They offered to work with me and booked me for a two-day stay (that was all I could afford!). The day of my surgery, Cristina was there at the clinic patiently waiting for them to release me (they made her wait for all that long, and she still had other ladies to go fetch from other facilities). When we finally made it to the recovery house, it was very late, and there was still the issue of my medicine. Cristina had to drive back to the pharmacy at a very late hour, and found out that my insurance was not covering my pain medication. At that point, I was in excruciating pain for several hours. Cristina was on the clock for more than 18 hours but decided to stay until the issue was resolved and brought the medication to me. I have no words to describe how much I appreciated her. She was a hero to me at that moment! I wish I had originally booked my stay with EOS. Their staff was well-trained and compassionate, ready to assist me. Silvia, Erica, and (sorry I did not get the other girl's name!) I am forever grateful for your kind gestures and your help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

First off let me say EOS RECOVERY HOUSE is a great place for anyone who is coming from out of town…read moreand is looking for a safe, responsible, comfortable, beautiful, caring place to stay while you are post op. I came to Miami a few days early to party before my procedure which was on April 20th. EOS have a great package that includes light snacks and beverages, transportation from and to Miami airport, your Pre-op, Surgery, Two Post-op appointments, and prescription pick-up and drop-off. They also provide laundry service for your surgical garment. After my procedure was done, Christina greeted me and drove me to the house. She is the transport staff and was always on time and is extremely hilarious. At the house, felt pampered from start to finish. I had my own room which was a plus!!! Someone was always available to bring me fresh fluids and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, even though I was very uncomfortable in the garments. Erica, Jessica and Sylvia were extremely caring and on point with everything. They truly made me feel like I was at home or with family. Cindy was the most relatable because she has been through cosmetic surgery before. She really gave good advice that I needed to get through my recovery. The meals were also great and easy on our recovering bodies. The other house guests were nice and shared a common area where we all checked on each other and talked about our surgery experiences from beginning to end. I had my procedure done at Zion Plastic Surgery. I believe all of the others went to Mia Aesthetics. I am extremely happy with my decision with Zion PS because I had a customized procedure. I had Hi Definition lipo/ Ab etching with fat transferred to my upper chest, arms and shoulders, with a bbl. I also had a fat transfer to my face (cheeks). I'm very happy that I stayed here at EOS for my aftercare. If I left any staff out who cared for me, my apologies. This is a recommended stay for anyone who is going to Miami for surgery.

I've found hair in my food multiple times. Bathroom is very unsanitary as well as the furniture in the rooms. She lives inside the home and there isn't 24 hour nurse care. She has an office desk but claims her office is elsewher. The address she provides to people when they go to the clinics for surgery is suppose to be her office but is actually a thrift store. This women Nicole is not running a legal recovery and I do not recom no one going there for care.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS RECOVERY HOUSE - IT IS DANGEROUS…read more What I went through here was nothing short of abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Nicole should never be allowed near vulnerable patients, let alone running a so-called "recovery home." This wasn't a safe environment. It was a scam that nearly cost me my health. Day 1 - Lies and Neglect From the Start Nicole arrived almost 2 hours late to collect me after major surgery. She lied repeatedly on the phone saying "I'm 15 minutes away" when she wasn't even close. She flat-out refused to help me into the van, forcing surgery staff to do it. Her exact words: "I'm not lifting that." Imagine hearing that when you've just come out of anesthesia. She gave me one Gatorade and crackers, promised more, and never followed through. On arrival, instead of helping me, she handed me a bag to carry myself while I was barely able to walk. She wasted over 30 minutes fussing with food while I begged for water and nutrition, and she dismissed me every time. By midnight, when I asked again for food and water, she told me to "just go to sleep and eat in the morning." That's not care, that's cruelty. The "room" was appalling: two single beds crammed into a shoebox space, clutter everywhere, no proper storage, and an environment completely unfit for recovery. Day 2 - Medical Emergency Ignored I woke up feeling faint and desperately called Nicole 4-5 times. Her response? "I told you we have quiet time between 6 and 8 so I can have me-time." Who runs a "quiet time" for themselves in a recovery home where patients may need urgent help? I tried to call 911 but collapsed before I could. I fainted completely alone. Nicole didn't even check on me until 9 am. When I begged for help, she replied coldly: "Get up and come eat breakfast." No medical attention, no compassion, no urgency. She left me in danger because her "me-time" was more important than my life. Day 3 - Starvation and Verbal Abuse Nicole continued to ration food and water like I was a burden. Meals were late, tiny, or completely withheld. This felt more like starvation and control than care. She constantly complained about my suitcase and "heavy luggage" as if my belongings were the problem, not the fact that she wasn't doing her job. Every request for help was met with attitude, sarcasm, or lectures. She treated me like an inconvenience rather than a human being recovering from surgery. Instead of monitoring my health, she ignored me for long stretches, leaving me weak, hungry, and dehydrated. Day 4 - Abuse Disguised as Care By Day 4, the neglect was so consistent it felt intentional. Her "quiet time" rule made me feel like a prisoner in her house. I was scared to ask for help because every interaction was hostile. The so-called "care" was nothing but verbal abuse, emotional neglect, and total lack of professionalism. I left this place physically weaker, emotionally drained, and traumatized. A recovery home is supposed to heal -- Nicole's house actively endangered my health and safety. Final Warning: Nicole is not a caretaker. She is a liar, a scammer, and completely unfit to run a recovery home. What she provides is not care -- it's abuse, starvation, and neglect. She: Lied and abandoned me. Refused to physically assist a post-op patient. Ignored medical emergencies for her "me-time." Withheld food and water when I needed it most. Provided a filthy, cramped, unsafe environment. Treated me with hostility, cruelty, and zero compassion. This was exploitation of someone at their most vulnerable. It was dangerous, traumatic, and could have ended far worse. If you value your health and dignity, stay far away from this woman and her fake "recovery home."

I'm a very picky eater, especially being from Southeast Asia, and I was nervous I wouldn't enjoy the food. I was also unsure about living with other housemates and how everything would feel. But from day one, all of my worries disappeared. The night nurses, chefs, Ms. Opal, and even the drivers were incredibly kind and welcoming. They truly treat you like family. I can honestly say I didn't want to leave by the end of my stay. The food was so delicious and flavorful -- definitely not what I expected in the best way possible! They have a routine masseuse who comes in daily, which was such a blessing during recovery. The structure and routine of the house is very clear, and I personally loved that. Everyone follows the rules, everything runs smoothly, and the staff is constantly cleaning and disinfecting. Every time someone showers, the ladies come in and sanitize the area. The entire house is spotless all the time. They monitored my medications, checked my blood pressure, and made sure everything was going well. My only responsibility was to rest and recover -- and that peace of mind meant everything. I would absolutely recommend Flawless Recovery House to anyone I care about. It truly felt like a home away from home.

I immediately requested a refund and was told it would be processed the next day, but after 7 days I still had not received it. I disputed the charge with my bank, but the company falsely claimed services were provided, even though I never stayed there because they could not accommodate me. When I followed up, I received inconsistent explanations. First, I was told they did not know what happened with the website, then later I was told the booking was "non-refundable." I do not believe a non-refundable policy should apply when the business is unable to provide the service purchased. e I believe the business acted unfairly and misleadingly. The owner was also EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive a scam too. BEWARE. I wish I read these reviews before booking

Parking was inconvenient, and I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes before anyone came to get me, which ultimately cut into my massage time. Once the service began, there was nothing wrong with the massage itself, but it did not meet my expectations based on prior lymphatic drainage massages I've received elsewhere, which were far more strategic and intentional. The practitioner seemed pleasant, but the experience felt more transactional than therapeutic. The technique did not feel particularly refined or well-trained, and it lacked the precision and purpose I associate with quality lymphatic work. I was hoping to ask questions during the session, but due to a language barrier, communication was limited, and I wasn't able to fully understand what was being done or why. I genuinely wanted to love this place, especially since it's close to home and the pricing is very fair. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling like my time and money could have been better spent elsewhere.
