Their caregivers are compassionate, skilled, very patient, and consistently go beyond their normal duties to ensure he is safe and happy. Office staff couldn't be any nicer. They are attentive, easy to communicate with, quick to answer and any questions or concerns, and have been consistent with their services, and willingness to go the extra mile in making sure all of grandpa's needs are met. Finding care for a loved one, or even yourself is always tough, but working with Kure has made it easier, and have accommodated all home health needs. I highly recommend them!

Unprofessional and inflexible hiring process I applied for a…read moreposition with Visiting Angels and was automatically scheduled for an interview without anyone calling or confirming my availability first -- just an email with a set time. When I called to politely reschedule for a day I was actually available, the staff was very rude and dismissive. They told me interviews are done "in large batches" and that if I couldn't make the scheduled time, I'd have to reapply in six months. I made it clear I was still very interested in the position and simply needed a different time, but they wouldn't even consider it. This kind of unprofessional and inflexible hiring process really left a bad impression.
