I was on the phone with HP for 2 hours trying to get my computer to start and they were unable to do so. Further, he demonstrated what a gentleman he is as he would not charge me for the service. You can rest assured that Adam will give you the right assessment of your computer and guide you towards the proper solutions. Thank you, Adam!

The woman who answered the phone put me on hold for a few minutes, and then got back on the phone and said since I left an "unfair" review they would not offer their warranty services! Yes I did, but that's like a tire company charging you more for a Jaguar tire vs a Hyundai tire for the same tire.
