I got pointed to them by my doctor to arrange a ride. The set up process was smooth. Pick up on time. Wonderful person they assigned to drive me home. At that point I was a raving fan of this organization. That was February. Yesterday, they finally invoiced me. I had received nothing from them until this message. Their first invoice was a demand saying if i didn't pay immediately, the cost would be 150% of what I was committed. The labeled the first invoice as the "final notice". Phone calls on this issue went to voice mail and answering services and were not returned at all. Seems to be a business with great execution but some questionable business practices. Wondering if its a plan to wait until things are way old to send a bill so they can slip in fees?? They service and operations people are good so I would use them again. But I would demand they let me pay by check at the time of service and that they give me a receipt.

All Seasons Homecare was highly recommended to me by my attorney so I gave them a call. I talked with the owner, Lou Ann. She explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I knew after talking to her that my mother-in-law would be in good hands. This place is top notch and so professional. I used All Seasons for 11 days. In that time, all the caregivers showed up on time and gave excellent care to my mother-in-law. At the end of each shift, the caregiver would write up a summary of their visit online, letting me know how my mother-in-law was doing and how the visit went. These notes were very insightful. I appreciate how if there are any problems or questions you can contact Honor, the company All Seasons partners with, 24 hours a day. Very reassuring. We were given very short notice that mom was going to be released but Lou Ann and Christina met with us and mom to get better acquainted with her and her needs. Shortly after mom got home she had a virtual meeting with a therapist and with no way to conduct this meeting, Christina drove to the home to personally assist with the process. Above and beyond! An urgent staffing issue arose late on a Sunday evening while I was sitting in an airport so I called the 24 hour service number and within minutes I received a call back that the issue was resolved, another example of All Season's commitment to provide the best possible care to their clients and their families. All of the Health Care Professionals assigned to help mom have been very helpful, patient and kind (and mom can be a handful at times:) ) I also very much appreciate the fact that I receive daily reports once the homecare visit is complete that summarizes the visit. Living out of state this is beyond helpful. After reading the reports and finding out about doctor visits or therapist visits that occurred I am able to contact mom and discuss the visit, etc. Without hesitation I would recommend this organization for anyone who is in need of homecare services. My only experience with 1-1 Care has been being completely ignored, so I'm basing my rating on that alone. Have they gone out of business? Shut the office down for a week of summer vacation? Or maybe business is just so good that they can afford to ignore prospective clients. Is this the new normal? To me, this isn't a minor lapse. This is a business built on trust, reliability, and communication, where time is often of the essence and people's quality of life and health are at stake. Completely ignoring multiple inquiries over the course of a business week strikes me as careless and irresponsible, and a failure to get even the basics of customer service right. The family was concerned and anxious about home health and her overall well being, living by herself again. However, the anxiety subsided when the home health area director, Nancy Liu, contacted us. She called Saturday night, a few days before my aunt was released by the care center, explaining  the services that they provide and ensuring us for a smooth transition. Nancy was true to her words as her team including nurse Polly and physical therapist Ella went to visit my aunt the next day she came back home. In the following couple of days, the social worker Nhat, physical therapist Peter and nurse Polly continued to stop by and provide timely assistance. Nancy also kept in touch with us, often responding to text messages late into the night, speaking of working long days and long hours. This kind of dedication and hard work is very rare nowadays and our family appreciates it very much. Thank you Nancy and your team for everything you do and keep up with the great work!

Under PT Xu, Ben, Nurse Annie, and OT Debbie's professional guidance and instruction, my older family member has already been making remarkable progress and now can throw/kick balls/balloons, do sit-to-stands, sing & speak loudly, brush teeth, comb hair, and spends most of the day mentally & physically stimulated & engaged in activities rather than sleeping on the bed. Our older family member's progress would not have been possible without their expertise, support, and perseverance. Nurse Annie is incredibly compassionate, smart, and detail-oriented & improved our family member's lung function and bedsore treatment/prevention. Debbie & Ben are diligent and creative with their PT/OT approaches, tailoring it to each older adult's interests and abilities. Stephanie is meticulous in cleansing and taught us all sorts of techniques to more feasibly do regular cleanings. We are grateful for amazing and experienced healthcare personnel like Dr. Xu, Ben, Debbie, Stephanie, and Nurse Annie who go the extra mile to take care of their patients.
