He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Wikipedia states the definition of an Enrolled Agent (or EA) is a tax advisor, who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Enrolled Agents represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for tax issues that include audits, collections and appeals. Jeff is an experienced tax advisor and a really nice guy. His office is accessible, he has pandemic guides in place, Plexiglas and mask wearing included. He's an absolute professional, is efficient, reasonable fees, and is responsive to emails all year round if you have a question. Highly recommend.
