Attending these group workouts 5-6 days a week got me to push my limits to a level that i simply could not have done on my own. Josh is a great and very supportive coach who is present and attentive to everyone during the workouts. He will make sure your technique is proper, and he will gladly share the knowledge he's gained from years of experience. The community is also very supportive and welcoming. I would recommend buying a 1 month unlimited membership because it will motivate you to go every day to get your money's worth! She has an unmatched depth of knowledge as a coach, and is also postpartum certified so has been able to adapt my program as I've healed. Working with her = RESULTS! I also had a spine injury a few years ago, so require some "extra attention" to ensure I don't re-injure. Ashlee watches like a hawk to ensure proper form, but is also not afraid to push me when she knows I can do more! As for the facility, I love its quaint size.
