Attending these group workouts 5-6 days a week got me to push my limits to a level that i simply could not have done on my own. Josh is a great and very supportive coach who is present and attentive to everyone during the workouts. He will make sure your technique is proper, and he will gladly share the knowledge he's gained from years of experience. The community is also very supportive and welcoming. I would recommend buying a 1 month unlimited membership because it will motivate you to go every day to get your money's worth!
