I found Ashlee when I was a few months postpartum and not feeling my best. Working with her has built back my strength both physically and mentally. She has an unmatched depth of knowledge as a coach, and is also postpartum certified so has been able to adapt my program as I've healed. Working with her = RESULTS! I also had a spine injury a few years ago, so require some "extra attention" to ensure I don't re-injure. Ashlee watches like a hawk to ensure proper form, but is also not afraid to push me when she knows I can do more! As for the facility, I love its quaint size.
