I'm 2 weeks into the women's group and am loving every bit of the training so far. The workouts are challenging & the vibes are awesome! I like how it's a small group so I get more attention from Ashlee vs a bigger group fitness environment. Also, I appreciate the nutrition aspect to the sessions since it's something that I know I need to work on. Ashlee is a wonderful trainer and super educated with both fitness and nutrition! Ashlee is a great trainer. I trained with her at another gym for several years and more recently purchased an at home program. She is very responsive to questions and she checked in with me regularly. The workouts are never boring and I have learned a lot of new exercises. Ashlee is a very inspirational coach because she has "earned" every ounce of muscle she has. The gym facility is very clean and has all the equipment you need for whatever your goals are. read more

I have been trained by both and can say without a doubt that they work to ensure you work at your level, but also challenge you so you get better (and correct your form along the way so you stay safe and effective in your workouts). I worked with Ashley last year. Although I never let with her in person she was ALWAYS there and available. I unfortunately never made it to the stage but it had absolutely nothing to do with Ashley. In fact if I had the same ambition for myself that she did for me I probably would have done it. The truth is that I wasn't ready and failed to complete workouts and check in with her. But when I am ready I will definitely be reaching back out to her. She is honest, friendly and ambitious and someone I would love to have on my side when I do one day walk on stage. Thank you Ashley for all that you did. Xoxo read more

Opus body lab, Coach Ashlee & Coach Jonathan have changed my life! My weight and confidence have gone up and down throughout my life but moreso after having babies. After having my daugther I joined a fitness challenge and lost a bunch of weight but I started to gain all the weight back and more because that program was not sustainable. I decided to join Opus after that program and from the first trial class my mind frame changed about fitness and I've been able to lift heavy and push myself with the positive motivation and coaching from Ashlee and Jonathan. They offer a semi-private in-person fitness program that changes every 5 to 6 weeks as well as an at home program for the days that you don't go to Opus. They also provide a nutritional blue print to help with your nutrition goals. Ashlee and Jonathan truly care about their members and create a warm and welcoming environment with great music.
