I was staying in Dana Point for a short period of time and was lucky to use this gym for 2 weeks. It is convenient and the most friendly gym I have ever been a part of, felt like family after 2 weeks. The owner and every single member are warm, helpful, welcoming and friendly. The equipment is everything you need for a full body workout. If I moved here, I would 100% join this gym.

What really stood out to me is the vibe in the gym--not just from the coaches, but from the other students too. However, after attending seven more classes, I'm updating my rating to 5 stars because the instructors do everything they can lead fun/hard classes. They crush it every time and always bring the energy. The workouts are great and the music is good. I leave sweaty and feeling a nice release of endorphins. The studio is clean, well-located, and has plenty of parking. Booking and checking in through the app is easy, so you can avoid the line at the front desk. While some of the non-instructor employees appear to be teens who lack customer service experience, others really are helpful. The instructors make up for any shortcomings.

The element that initially threw me off is how dark the room can be, but it makes it extra more dramatic when the beat drops and the lights change. Adds to the vibes. The bathroom is also very well equipped with wipes, spray on deodorant, showers etc, and pretty clean. There are plenty of lockers and cubbies in the lobby. I liked how spacious the bathroom, lobby, and locker area is, making preparing and leaving class more accessible (some studios are very cramped). The one thing I noted during the class is that it got very warm, and the fans weren't on. I think if the fans were turned on, it would have made this a 5* experience!
