To start with Fransico is always considerate of your time to the point where if he is going to be even 5 minutes late he will send you a text. In my case it is one to one and we meet in my garage where I have a elliptical machine and exercise chair and he brings in other equipment each time based on what he going to work on as he is always watching and evaluating. Point in case he has addressed physical limitations I wasn't even aware I had and he has me do the exercise that best addresses this issue. My friends have noticed a difference in how I carry myself among other things. My balance has improved greatly and am able to do things I couldn't before I started training with him. I have used trainers at the gym and athere is no comparison what so ever, they don't gear the training to each individual like Fransico does. Where can I even begin? Francisco has taught me so much! When I first began the training I felt intimated because I thought my body was not able to handle heavy weights since I had "stick" legs and arms. I wanted to build muscle and have a healthier life style since I had a horrible habit of eating out almost 4-5 times a week. Before the training, Francisco and I had a consultation and he gave me a list of things to eat and not to eat. He also lectured me about certain foods or types of proteins I should avoid. He also gave me a great list of morning workouts to do every morning! What I really enjoy about the training is that he works based on your body type and he helps you reach your goal. Every training session is different in order to make your body work! Also, the schedule is very flexible if you have a busy life style. I go to school and work full time but we still manage to train 3 sessions every week. What's even greater about the training, Francisco can meet you in your local park, gym, or home to train! Francisco kicks my ass on a regular basis, if I were to sum it up in a few words. None of his workouts are the same. His focus is on functionality and endurance, not size and appearance. I have seen my progress over the last few months through minor movements and how well my body is able to adapt to alternating, and strenuous, workouts. In a past life I was a personal trainer myself. I even competed in a physique competition at 4% body fat. But since then, I've taken a desk job and have experienced some unwanted weight gain. Did 4sets of everything and went up in reps after every set. -jog lightly then sprint back(across the field) - worked a lot on punches and kicks - Russian twists - planked side crunches (forgot the name) I was so dead! I am not nor have I ever been an athlete. I came to to realization recently I wanted to change my lifestyle, my health to be exact. I had been looking for the right person to both educate me and get my lazy self into shape. I don't write a lot of yelp reviews, but this one is a must. Fransisco is the right kind of trainer for, well, everyone. He will not only help you get fit he will educate you along the way. For me, thats very important. Teach a man to fish, right. So in the time I have been training with Fransisco and Lean N Fit I have seen huge positive changes. For one, I eat smart now. I better understand the reasons of what food does what and why. I FEEL better, already I dont feel sluggish or tired in the middle of the day. I feel focused and clear. Working out, for me, is awful. Its hard work, its sucks and I love every second of it. I started working with Francisco 7 weeks after giving birth to my daughter and after 5 weeks I have already started seeing results! I have lost 2% body fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle! I love the approach that Francisco takes to circuit training, which prevents my body from plateauing. Frank is arguably one of the best trainers in Orange County not only has he changed my body but what I didn't realize was included as part of the training was changing my nutrition which ultimately changed my mind. I suffer from severe shoulder and knee problems which I told Frank about it was my biggest concern and working out in which prevented me from doing so over the last year. Not only has my shoulder and knee been completely restored I am now able to have my life back because of his attention to detail and care for his clients unlike any other trainer I've ever experienced. If you want somebody that will push you to new levels and take you to new heights I would highly recommend giving lean and fit a try.
