Perfection doesn't begin to describe this fitness arrangement. Issiac is amazing, his attention to your goals is amazing... Truly, if you're looking for a personal, end to end solution to reach whatever your fitness goal is, building muscle, losing weight, etc, you need to make Precision Fitness your next stop. read more

My mother introduced me to this gym, which is truly one of the best kept secrets in Laguna Niguel. Isaac is an excellent & affordable trainer. He has absolutely no pretentious airs, and is attentive, and kind to everyone regardless of fitness level. Don't be intimidated to give it a try, I had no experience lifting weights, but Issac will tailor the workout to your specific needs :) All the clients I've met are friendly, and welcoming as well. Everyone chats, and has fun, but it's clear everyone is there to focus on their health. read more

Perles Personal Training is the place to get in shape or stay in shape and improve. No matter whether you're a beginner or an experienced weightlifter/athlete, PPT can accommodate your needs. You don't have to start out too hard if you're a beginner, and a program can be set up that you enjoy doing. My body has been transformed. I knew a lot about training and exercise before starting, but I learned so much more. You can lose weight if that is your goal. I've observed a lot of their clients lose weight and build muscle. The chef's meal plans are convenient and reasonably priced if you choose to do the meal program, too. The meals plans helped with my weight loss and I believe they can help anyone. If you don't choose the meal plans, you will be given information about what you can eat to meet your goals. Having an experienced trainer observe what you and others are doing is incredible. It is so helpful. Having a trainer keep track of what you do and what you need to do on any given day takes the thinking out of it. It's hard to think about what exercises I need to do, but they will tell you what to do at no additional charge. PPT has towels available for use and water is provided if you don't bring a bottle. There are sanitizing wipes to wipe down equipment. The machines and equipment are quality and I enjoy the set up. The location is not huge like some of these places where you have to walk all over the place to get to the next machine. You can get on one machine and then hop on to the next. The meals on the plan taste good and will help. You can cancel the meals at anytime. You can even just purchase one meal if you want and if they are available. The membership is month to month and reasonably priced compared to the other places. I like the month to month because I started and then you don't want to stop. Month to month is nice because you can stop at anytime without a problem. If you're thinking about getting in shape or if you want to build muscle or get on a cardio plan, you should consider PPT. read more

When I started working out here six months ago, I almost never worked out, got tired easily, and found it difficult to pick up my kids regularly. I had tried a personal trainer at 24-hour fitness before and had decent results, but ended up not being able to afford the payments long term (I think they were $50 per session at the time). Through Precision Fitness, after six months, I can still afford the very reasonably monthly payments and my results have been through the roof. I have lost 20+ pounds (more than that in fat), gained muscle and lost about 7-8 inches on my waist. Most importantly, every day I'm able to dance with my daughter, pick her up and swing her around like she's a doll (all 70 lbs of her!) without hurting myself. This place changed my life. read more

Been coming here since they opened. Although, Isaac has been my trainer for three years!! (used to go to him in Anaheim Hills). He kicks my butt and I enjoy coming to work out. The people who come here are fun and the energy is great. When I slip out of my routine, Isaac gets me back on track to a healthy lifestyle. I can't ask for a better trainer! I like him so much I sent my fiance to work out here and he had amazing results too. read more

Isaac gets you outstanding results and fast! I was doing all kinds of cardio and was still frustrated with the lack of results. I tried working with a personal trainer, but it got so expensive, and it was tough to figure out times that worked with my changing schedule. What a difference working out with Isaac has made. I lost a lot of fat and gained muscle. It's so nice to be looking great in my favorite outfits again. Isaac is so knowledgeable and experienced. He creates a customized work out and meal plan for you and your goals, and he has lots of experience working with a wide variety of clients. I love the flexibility of this type of personal training. I don't have to make an appointment and come at a specific time. I just show up, and Isaac adjusts my program on the fly given what time I have available to workout that week. The people at this gym are very nice and welcoming. You can't find better results at a more affordable rate in South Orange County! read more

Dropped 60 pounds and look and feel 30 years younger!! Isaac is the coach I need - inspiring, fun, challenging, and no BS...watch your diet. I wasted years and lots of money trying to 'do it myself' at a big box gym, and now I will never do anything else as long as Isaac is around. read more

Well let's see. I've lost 17 lbs in 1 month. Period. Isaac definitely knows what's up. For anyone whose tired of being out of shape. Worth every penny. He makes me write down EVERYTHING I eat. And checks it daily! Who does that? Really makes the dieting and excersising so much easier when you have to report daily. He knew I meant business when I walked in. He took before pictures, and was extremely confident that he could put me in the best shape of my life. Best part is I still eat soooo much. Up to 6 times a day. But his nutritional plan speeds up the metabolism and I feel soooo damn good. I have also made so many new friends. Thanks for changing my life Isaac read more

Been going here since January. I've lost about 35 lbs and 5% bmi. These guys are professional and kind. Issac never makes me feel bad for needing more help. They are the way all training facilities need to be. Wonderful place! read more

I'm so happy I made the choice to start training with Isaac at Perle's (no longer precision fitness). Isaac is a competitive body builder and is very well versed in helping you achieve your fitness goals. Isaac will tailor a diet and fitness program to whatever needs you haveI. This is the only fitness regiment I've stuck with since the college days. Been going about 8 months and I've gained 16 lbs of muscle since coming off a back injury. The results have been great but what really keeps me coming back is Isaac and the community at Perles, it's a super friendly environment with some really great people of all ages and fitness levels. Isaac has a great sense of humor and keeps things fun yet focused on results. Perle's personal training gets my highest recommendation. read more

Perles Personal Training helped me start building muscle without comprising my lower back issues. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking to start the important journey towards better health to try Isaac now!! read more

Most phenomenal training experience ever!!!! I've struggled with weight my whole life, I tried everything - Weight Watchers, fad diets, hot yoga, pure barre, turbo kick, random fitness classes offered by mainstream gyms (read 24 hr fitness), jillian michael dvds, insanity/shaun t videos - personal trainers - the works. None of those gave me the results I was looking for - what ever little I'd drop would creep back on shortly after. Needless to say when I heard of Perles Personal Training, I was slightly skeptical. A friend of mine was going to him for some time and she saw results - her enthusiasm and dedication definitely had my curiosity piqued so I set up a consultation. Right from the start I knew Isaac was unlike any trainer I had ever met before. During our consultation as I explained my life long battle with weight, what I'd done previously etc - he listened extremely patiently and attentively, not once trying to project himself, show off or make empty promises. Isaac said a few things during my initial consultation that I hadn't heard other trainers tell me so clearly before - every body type is different and while working out is important - the key lies in what you eat. Getting in shape is 80% diet and 20% work out. NO OTHER TRAINER had given me such clear instructions on what to eat and why - its not just about calorie counting. Isaac is the best trainer I've ever had. He's fun, he knows how to push you and most importantly he's truly wants to see his clients succeed and hit their goals. With Isaac you get a customized nutrition plan - tailored to your dietary restrictions and fitness goals. It's all broken down for you so you know what to eat, when and why. He does weekly body fat measurements to keep up with your progress. Its not just newer clients - he keeps up with all his clients, checks in on them - asks them what they've been eating - anything he can to keep you on track. The gym itself is just the right size, the small group setting to work out allows you to make new friends, have a community - pushing each other to hit their goals. Makes you look forward to working out! I've been training with him since Aug 2014 and I'm down almost 20 pounds of fat and i've put on some muscle, I feel stronger, my clothes fit better - I finally feel hitting my fitness goals will not just be a fantasy, it will be reality as long as I follow the plan that Isaac made for me! Thank you Isaac! read more

I had come from another private gym in Huntington Beach that offered semi-private training at affordable costs, so I was looking for something similar once I moved to Aliso Viejo. I've been going to Precision Fitness for only 3 weeks now and I am SO happy I decided to commit to working out with Isaac here. I really liked my previous gym but didn't realize I wasn't getting the attention and effort I needed to reach my goals until I came to Precision. After my first meeting with Isaac where we discussed my fitness goals and my current diet, he took my body measurements (which was something my other gym never did!). With all the information he was gathering about me, he made a new diet plan to help me reach my goals as soon as possible. He also gave me a small booklet to write down EVERYTHING I eat - which sounds tedious to do but it's well worth it because it holds you accountable and Isaac can monitor your progress to tell you why you are or aren't reaching your goals. Isaac is a very committed, encouraging, and outgoing guy. He sincerely cares about my goals, pushes me (especially when he knows I am not giving my 100%), and is just great company. Isaac is also very knowledgeable when it comes to his job. He makes meal plans for me so I may reach my goals faster, is quick to correct my posture so I can exercise the correct muscles and avoid injuries, and always gives me reasoning as to why certain changes need to be made. Coming into his gym is like going to your friend's house - everyone becomes a familiar face, is happy to see you, and jokes around. As far as the actual facility, it's small but it's incredibly clean and organized. Isaac also sells snacks, protein bars, shakes, and waters for his clients. I come to the gym 4x a week and each workout is a lot of hard work but it's worth it. Every week, Isaac retakes my body measurements and gives me my numbers to see my progress. Since I've been pretty good about following his diet, I've already seen improvements in the short 3 weeks that I've been there. I not only see a physical difference, but my weights get heavier each week and I feel much stronger. Also, seeing the actual numbers after the weekly measurements is very reassuring that my workout plan and dieting is working. I honestly would highly recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for affordable rates, friendly and encouraging staff, a sense of community, and results! read more

Got to tip my hat to the trainers at Perles Personal Training (big thanks to the main man, Isaac, and of course Kristian), and to all my gym friends I've made whose phenomenal results, positivity, drive, and motivation keeps me driven toward achieving my fitness goals. Before Isaac, I was convinced that gaining two pounds in 52 [fifty-two] weeks would be typical. After a 5-week trial (~12 sessions), I went from 128 to 139 pounds [lean 111.48 to 119.82]. At the 5-month mark, I'm happily checking-in at 157 [lean 130.78]. Got to thank Isaac for being a passionate, dedicated, effective, and (most importantly) a very honest personal trainer. His willingness to share his fitness knowledge, to have as much enthusiasm or disappointment as me when I am (or am not) making good progress, and in relating/extending empathy for clients transcends most typical personal trainers. Thank you, Isaac, for your dedication in designing a personalized/unique nutritional diet and workout plan, in teaching (and re-teaching) the concepts behind each exercise, and in checking-in with me during exercises, weekly body-fat measurements, and daily food/meal logs. You proved to me that fitness is very achievable for ANY body type (endos, mesos, and even for skinny-ectos like me). I am ecstatic to be selected as client of the month! Contrary to the time before my first day, today, my college students are now positively inquiring about my fitness training. Though there's still more hard work to be done, I've never felt better and healthier. Thanks a million! read more

Isaac who's the owner and the main trainer, is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to dieting and exercising. He's also very patient with his clients and spends quality time at the gym to make sure everyone's on the right track. I took 2 months with him and I can't say how much I learned from him. I highly recommend him and his gym. read more

You get a personal trainer at every session with a small group of others (3-4 other people) but with personalized attention. Because the cost is spread across the other people there, you pay quite a bit less than I've paid with one-on-one personal training and on-par with a basic monthly gym membership. The problem I've always had with gyms is that I never know how to run through a complete routine and quickly lose motivation. Here they move you through a full body work out which is both challenging and thorough. If you want weight training at a very reasonable cost, look into this place. I've tried Cross-fit, the Insanity workout, p90x, interval training, etc. and this is by far the best. read more

This place is the real deal! Isaac is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness and the facility is extremely clean and well organized. He takes the the time to listen to you and your fitness goals, then he will come up with a proper diet plan and proper workout routines that he guides you through with detail. He is all about targeting your health and fitness needs without injuring yourself and making sure proper nutrition is met. After working with a few other trainers in the past and seeing minimal results after months and months, it definitely goes to show that his system works as I have added more muscle and lost more fat in the first 2 weeks than I had with the others in the first few months! Thanks again Isaac! read more
