Their burgers are incredible and the service is fantastic. My favorite burger that I've had from Camel City is a take on Ben's Pimento Burger. You simply go up and say "I'd like the Ben's Pimento Burger 'Ben's Way'." Chances are you will be speaking to Ben himself, so there won't be any issues on him understanding you. Ben's way is the normal Ben's Pimento Burger, but instead of using the regular brioche bun they use a grilled pimento cheese sandwich as the top bun and a grilled pimento cheese sandwich as the bottom bun. Ben's way isn't for those who have heart problems or even who are worried about heart problems, but for the rest of you it is delicious! The pimento cheese is incredible here. It is chipotle pimento and is a great amount of spice. After eating this burger Ben's way, I immediately crashed and took a 3 hour nap. Clear your schedules people. It is totally worth it though. For a day when you can't take a 3 hour nap, their other burgers are delicious as well. The second best option, in my opinion, is the PBB&J Burger. This is a burger with homemade peanut butter, red pepper jelly, and bacon. This may seem like an odd combo of ingredients, but they seriously come together perfectly. I think that I could just sit around all day dipping that bacon in the pepper jelly. I haven't tried many of their sides, but I would recommend the Southern Style Potato Salad. The food here is creative, inspired, and delicious. The service is seriously some of the best that I've experienced from a food truck. They seem to have a system down. I've seen them serve dozens of hungry patrons quickly and with a smile. The owner of the truck, Ben, seems like a genuine guy and seems to sincerely enjoy what he does. Plus, he's a Tar Heel which is reason enough to support him. Do yourself a favor and figure out where Camel City Grill is going to roll up to next and make sure you are there.

You won't be able to guess by the name, but they offer a variety of tacos, burgers and quesadillas. My wife and I shared an order of (4) birria tacos. They were average sized, tasted good, though I probably could have eaten a whole order on my own. Overall, the staff was friendly, the food tasted good, they had a decent selection of options, and pricing was fair. I ended up throwing it away which says a lot for me because money is too tight and I don't waste food. There is a .75 cent fee for card use which I was not aware of and they also overcharged the sales tax as 8.25% instead of 7.25%. On the good side the staff are very friendly but the food needs a lot of work and those fees need correcting. Definitely not soul food.

The cheesesteak was busting at the seams with meat. The fries were made fresh and were hot. The cheesesteak lived up to my expectations. It was absolutely delicious. I split this with my wife and we were both full after the meal. Definitely high-quality meat. Great taste and texture. I would give it 5 stars except for the price. $20 for a cheesesteak and fries is pricey, especially in Mocksville. I know prices are up everywhere. I know operating a food truck isn't cheap. A food truck @sliders.street.food served sliders and fries to the @joymongersbeer crowd today during the Yacht House Holiday Party hosted by Ms. Anna Yacht. Bison, elk, and antelope were choices on the menu. I had to try the antelope. The owner said that antelope isn't gamey at all the way elk and venison can be. He was correct. This tasted like a very lean burger. It had nice flavor with the chipotle aioli, bacon, cheese and lettuce. Everything here is organic. The owner is concerned about procuring quality meats for his business. He is all too familiar with chemicals, steroids and antibiotics that go into farmed animals because he grew up on a farm. I'm glad that he is finding a market for his unique meat burgers. I certainly am a fan now!
