5 Stars! 10 if I could. I didn't expect a food truck, to turn into one of the most memorable…read moreexperiences I had during my 1st visit to North Carolina, But that's exactly what happened at Taco Bros in Greensboro, NC. First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. And that's something you don't come across often.

We saw this truck outside of Condon Yards Courtyard during an event. My daughter loves food trucks…read moreso we had to give it a try. Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

I love yuca and I've never had yuca with rosemary & garlic oil but it was as delicious as I could imagine. They were oily of course because of the garlic oil but the flavor was great. I also had the beef empanadas and they were really good too. They're the perfect size & the breading tastes really fresh. I also loved the seasoning in the empanada. The dipping sauce paired perfectly with both the yuca and empanadas. My friend got a sandwich and I didn't try it but she really enjoyed it too. The service was good - food came out pretty quickly even though it was crowded! This is definitely a food truck I'll be on the lookout for again!

The Cubano was everything it should be. Made with golden bread pressed to perfection. Inside, the layers of roasted pork and ham were stacked. Made just right too. The melted Swiss cheese keeps it from falling apart. The pickles and mustard cut through the rich flavor by adding a slight tang. Every bite was comfort for the soul. I paired it with an NZ Pils from Joymongers and it was heaven. The beef empanadas were just as good. Inside, the seasoned beef was 100% flavorful. They weren't greasy and went well with the specialty sauce. Together, they made for a satisfying meal... it was enough to make me keep a lookout for their next Greensboro stop. Cheers!

Rather unassuming white trailer that you wouldn't even know served food if it wasn't for the mesmerizing scent coming from the place. The proprietors are a husband and wife combo, with the husband grilling up delights and the wife having prepared the multitude of sauces they prepared. I had the falafel wrap, which at $5 was a steal. It included a nicely grilled wrap of some sort (perhaps some sort of flatbread or tortilla, it was slightly thicker than a tortilla which causes my uncertainty for what it was). Inside was a generous helping of falafel, grilled onions, roated red bell peppers, and some sort of delicious white sauce, all topped with shredded iceberg lettuce (my only qualm was that it was a bit much lettuce for my taste, but don't let that dismay you). I also sampled the hummus plate they had, as well as the tater tots. Both were rather excellent from what I had, and left me wanting more of each. Now if you see these guys hanging out on the sidewalk somewhere, (I had their food as they were hanging outside the Urban Outfitters on High St.), I would highly suggest sampling their wares. They were cool enough to partner with Urban Outfitters and offer $1 off your meal if you showed a receipt from there. They also had V-8 Fusion as a drink option, which was great (and only $1, so with the receipt discount, free!). I will definitely eat there again given the chance, and the husband of the duo ( his name escapes me, for which I feel terrible), described the full menu they would offer sometimes (mesquite grilled chicken, a spicy chicken flatbread sandwich with red-pepper basil pesto and fresh mozzarella amongst other things). That's something I'm excited to try in the future. Don't place this place up!
