Went back a different time and got the performance blend matcha, which tastes a little like cinnamon and has a grittier taste. Don't mind it but I prefer the syrup-y flavoured matchas more. The price isn't that cheap but honestly on par with the going rate for cafe drinks nowadays, which is basically close to $8/9 a drink......is nice for a splurge but wouldn't get it all the time. The cafe seems to use real mango which is great, but the mango had a bit too much fiber and didn't have the sweet creamy or chewy sticky rice texture I was hoping for in the drink. It is a fun creative concept. And the cafe is very neat how feels so tucked away and hidden it feels like you are stepping into a speakeasy cafe.
