I received an hour long deep tissue massage with hot stone and my needs were definitely met. I focused on shoulders, legs, and feet. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. Well worth the price. It's a very simple set up here, nothing fancy, but they know exactly what they are doing. Yes there is a bit of a language barrier but I was able to communicate my problem areas and I was checked on my throughout the service to make sure I was okay. I had LomiLomi with Kate. This massage is really special, it helps with emotional weight and during difficult time. It requires the masseuse to have not only a lot of knowledge about the unique technique but also open heart and mind because she uses her entire body and energy including breath to focus and release physical and emotional tension from the body which are interconnected system. This is my favorite type of massage and not many places know how to properly perform it. Kate combined the LomiLomi with a little bit of deep tissue and thai stretching at the end which was perfect. This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it.

The place was very customer service forward. The cold plunge was 48 degrees and had jets in it. There's an outdoor shower with soap. Of course all of this enclosed by gates like a back yard feel I had 45 minutes to myself and wow can't recommend enough
