She finds a way to balance the whole body while focusing on the areas that she finds her particularly tight. She's a combination of typical deep tissue massage along with guasha scraping and cupping. She has recently taking the location from Samantha's serenity holistic massage due to her retiring for her family, So if you missed seeing Samantha. I think Dalila is just as good if not better than her. I believe Dalila does offer more than deep tissue massage but that's just what I personally get.

However, I recently returned to performing after a year and a half off and I was an absolute WRECK. My body was in shambles and I was experiencing pain like never before. I was referred to Kyeanna by a mutual friend and desperately reached out! She immediately responded and I could already tell that I was in the best hands possible! A few days later, I had my first massage with Kyeanna at her studio inside of a gorgeous chiropractic office in Seal Beach. Her space is immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. Her sweet and calm demeanor will instantly put you at ease. Before getting started, we chatted about what was going on and where I was experiencing pain. Kyeanna is SO knowledgeable about the body and she was incredibly gracious in taking the time to explain to me what was going on! Then she got to work and OH MY GOODNESS, her massage was truly life changing. She did a lot of focus work on my legs which is where the bulk of my pain was. She used many different techniques and tactics including stretching which almost instantly brought me an incredible amount of relief! I have since returned twice and let me tell you, with every massage, I feel even more incredible! She is truly such a wealth of knowledge and truly listens so what you need during every massage! Do not hesitate to book a massage with her! Even if you are not in extreme pain, she does everything from deep focus work to relaxation! I would give her 100 stars if that was an option!

Beach City Massage and Bodywork was the final spot I tried of my three Groupons and wow- I'm might need to keep getting 90 Minute Massages from here on out. Danny was an amazing, attentive masseuse. Before starting the massage session, he confirmed the time length booked and asked about preferences between relaxing or restorative & any areas of focus. He also made sure to let me know I should inform him if the pressure is too hard or too light at any time. During the session, I could tell that the massage wasn't a routine (this area for X minutes, this area for Y minutes). Danny responded to and adjusted to the tightness and needy spots all over my body as he made his way around. Throughout the 90 minutes, I felt like every area of my body got the attention it needed (ex: more time in tighter spots). The hot stones were nice, but the hot steaming towel was my favorite heat feature used because it was so hot but cooled before it felt too hot. After the massage, Danny let me know about certain areas he observed tightness and areas/muscles he spent extra time on. He also advised me about taking it easy if I were to do any stretching or yoga the same day because I might be looser from the massage work done. That was a thoughtful warning he gave. The location (5001 Birch) is interesting. Plenty of parking on a weekend, but that's because it's a very "dead" spot on the weekends. I think all other offices are closed on Sundays, so inside was dead too. I did feel a little on edge about going in and being alone with a masseuse I hadn't met before, but all is well! Now that I know what the massage room looks like and the space it's in inside the office center, I feel more comfortable. The massage room is located in a different therapy center space (it was like a room you go into for PT when you need hands on work done on a table from a PT). TLDR: Wonderful full body massage. Definitely would go back for another massage. Plenty of parking on weekends.
