I am a fairly new landlord and took over a property that I purchased with pre-existing tenants,…read moremost of which are no problem. However, I had one family of tenants move out suddenly, break their lease, and they left their garbage and loose items everywhere on Oct 31! Not only that but they had a major pest problem with the unit... roaches everywhere quite literally. I had cleaners refuse to clean the place or take out the garbage as they said it was not in their scope or ask for hundreds of dollars more for cleaning. Since I never had a problem like this where tenants trashed a place, I looked for a service that could assist. I was looking up junk removal companies and Jdog came up. So I needed someone to clear out the house ASAP. I contacted Jdog on Nov. 2 midday and fortunately for me, Jdog took care of the problem within 24 hours - Jim met me after my work (around 5:30) on the 2nd to give me quote and they did the work the next morning on the 3rd - the day I am writing this review. I was impressed that Jim came in his personal vehicle after 5 pm when many people's workdays are done, and I appreciated his willingness to take care of the problem with clear expectations. Great communication from Jim as they sent me pictures after they cleared out the place, I cannot recommend enough. Fair pricing as they charge by volume. I will be using them for future problems with tenants if I get a problem like this again.

I sent him photos, the address, and they were to the home within a hour. He was spot on with his pricing. I added a few items, so of course the end price increased. I was VERY impressed by the communication. I was not present at the home, so Chris sending me photos and video was awesome and relived a huge stress for myself and my Seller. They went above and beyond, sweeping the garage out and the back patio. I highly recommend and although I hope I won't need his services in the near future - if I do, Desert Demo and Junk Removal will be my first call! Thanks guys!

Summary: friendly, responsive, professional equipment, good customer service…read more Would use again. Just used them yesterday. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. Talk to them or check out their website.
