I am a fairly new landlord and took over a property that I purchased with pre-existing tenants,…read moremost of which are no problem. However, I had one family of tenants move out suddenly, break their lease, and they left their garbage and loose items everywhere on Oct 31! Not only that but they had a major pest problem with the unit... roaches everywhere quite literally. I had cleaners refuse to clean the place or take out the garbage as they said it was not in their scope or ask for hundreds of dollars more for cleaning. Since I never had a problem like this where tenants trashed a place, I looked for a service that could assist. I was looking up junk removal companies and Jdog came up. So I needed someone to clear out the house ASAP. I contacted Jdog on Nov. 2 midday and fortunately for me, Jdog took care of the problem within 24 hours - Jim met me after my work (around 5:30) on the 2nd to give me quote and they did the work the next morning on the 3rd - the day I am writing this review. I was impressed that Jim came in his personal vehicle after 5 pm when many people's workdays are done, and I appreciated his willingness to take care of the problem with clear expectations.
