We needed the work done as we are trying to sell our home and this work was required per inspection. They said they would call us to book appointment. Took days just to book appointment. Appointment day came. I stayed home and waited for them all morning (4hr window). The last half hour of window they say the won't make it. Rescheduled for Monday following, it rains in the morning and even though it stops raining by 11am they don't come back. Rescheduled for next morning. Doesn't show up. I call, says gonna for sure come following morning. Following morning comes and they say their truck broke down! This company has no integrity. They should be ashamed and embarrassed! I booked with another company.

The wire cable was also all tangled up.....I placed a few calls and everyone claimed to be busy and stated they could schedule a repair first thing tomorrow morning. I continued calling around using Google and every service was answered by a call center in California, smh. I called Davis Door Service and there was no answer...... So, I went to Youtube and figured I could fix it myself but I had a few stumbling blocks. 1) it was too cold and windy outside to be repairing a garage and 2) I needed help getting the little wheely thing back on track. Otherwise I could have mastered it, lol. As I was going back into the house, Davis Door Service called me and triaged the situation. He asked me my location, said he could send a tech over shortly and quoted me a price. The tech, (Felipe I think) was very nice and explained everything beforehand. He was able to complete the job quickly and explained the warranty. My garage door is running smoothly like it was previously. I'm very happy and appreciative that I found this company in my time of need.
