I contacted them and asked why the sample was taken outside and not inside or at both places. Sampling only the outside does not ensure that what comes out of the tap is safe, because there are systems and tanks inside the house that may have contamination. Mr. Abraham seemed to agree with this, but IMMEDIATELY got defensive and said I was questioning his work. He had no skill whatsoever to handle a very simple and logical question. Somehow he felt that was a threat to his competance. I'm glad this was not an in-person conversation. I probably would have felt personally threatened.

I then started to receive texts from Ability Septic saying that they were on their way. I replied to the text and asked why it was Ability and not Stark, but received no reply. I called Stark, and they told me that they were bought out, and Stark and Ability were sister companies under some larger corporation. The use of "Stark's" good name was deceptive, in my opinion. Don't pretend to be one company, send a different one, and never reply to text messages. I cancelled the service but received the same old song and dance about being a family company and "we'd love to help you out". They even had one of their workers (a very nice person) call me and ask me to reconsider. Nope. Not a great way to start a relationship with a new/old customer.

Each time, they gave me a day/ days that they would come out to look at it. On all the days they gave me, NO ONE showed up or, no call of cancellation or rescheduling was made by them .
