The store staff seemed rather friendly, albeit inside the store was quite small, he seemed to work with some of his family, wife and younger children besides him as it appeared the children had just returned home from school, or something of that nature when I called in. NJ Mobiles offered me a rather generous quote on my old phone, which I accepted as it was considerably better than what the likes of CeX and Game were offering me, and the amount was perfect for me as it matched the amount that I would have to pay Tesco Mobile to terminate my contract early, by paying off the usage of my phone, ahead of getting the Iphone 7 Plus with O2, after O2 offered me a much better deal than Tesco. The selection of phones here is average, but that is the trade in a way, reliant on what people bring in and of course, unlike the likes of CeX, Game and Cash Converters, it isn't a large chain which can rely on the big company to help in terms of stocking things. Overall, good staff and generous offers to trade-in old phones earn this place a solid three-star rating, selection of phones to buy and other slight issues such as the overall size of the store, do slightly let this place down.

Thanks to brilliant service from Two Buzzards - notably Dave - I didn't have to stress at all about getting my stuff from A to B. Overall the move took less than 30 minutes - including a 10-15 minute drive to the new house, which is brilliant as some moving company's can really drag out the moving. Our stuff was loaded careful and secured in well in the back of the van and there wasn't a scratch on anything at the other side! Beds, office furniture and bedroom furniture all moved from old house to new in no time at all and at a very affordable price.

I have been twice now, first time was to take my (vintage) MacBook which had basically died - Brendan ensured everything was on my external hard drive & was so patient with me & my slow laptop. I then planned to go back once I had treated myself to the new MacBook Pro - which I did yesterday. James helped me this time & he was also great, very patient & knowledgeable. I took my external hard drive & he migrated over all the info & gave me some tutoring on how to use my lovely new baby. You get so much more time here in comparison to the Apple Store. Also, they charge £79 at the Apple Store to be a member - and only then can you book an appointment (which you can wait a couple of weeks to get!) At GBM you can ring them up & get an appointment the next day. On my first visit I just showed up & they didn't charge me. For my visit yesterday it was £50 +vat but it was worth every penny for the piece of mind that I have my huge library of photos, music, documents etc all safe. Would highly recommend this place - they also fix iPads & sell on 'open box / returned' Apple products. That's the products that people buy from catalogue companies & then return within 28 days. There is a nice wee discount on these products!
