I rang up their customer service support team to confirm i wanted to change tarrifs,they told me they could change it in a instant and i would get the correct charge for each text sent.This was not the case though as i got charged 10 p per text,so i rang up again and was told the same thing that my tarriff had changed which it had not,I once again was told before i put the phone down it had changed. This happened again the charges were wrong.I rang up for a third time then the matter was solved really.I was quite unhappy with the customer service i got from here.I thought their customer service support team was quite poor.

There's space enough to navigate around easily and like many of it's rivals it is set out intuitively. They offer competitively priced handsets and a variety of contracts to suit every possible need. Apparently T-Mobile is also a good place to go should your credit rating be less then desirable and you require a contract phone. The staff are helpful and non-pushy and very polite.

The staff in this store are friendly enough and can answer basic questions. Is this branch needed? The pain of a non-functional laptop was annoying everything out of me and going to Mighty Micro or a Pc World in all that snow didn't make me very happy! Thus I just climbed down a few stairs and said hello to Mr Easytel! And voila! my work was done in 4 hours time and my bill was barely a £20! Now, I'm sure somewhere else these kind of repairs would cost much more than that bare minimum twenty! I was happy and living again! Then this happened 3 more times and everytime, the same problem! Mr Easytel saw my sad face and kept giving me a £5 discount everytime I came! How amazing was that? Love this place to bits!
