I bought a Groupon for a mani/pedi here. It was a little difficult reaching them, but I ended up leaving a voicemail and received a callback later in the day. Tamarah was a great technician! She was friendly, explained the process, and got me the right manicure I needed. I ended up getting gel nail polish for $20 extra as I wanted the application to last longer. They have several color options for the gel polish. Removal of the gel polish is also included, but via appointment. I have had my nails for almost 3 weeks now and there have been no chips at all. The location is not in your face, so just be on the look out for where to turn. Parking in the back of the building will give you access to their salon directly. You can book a second appointment for a mani/pedi at a lesser price while still at the salon. read more

No big deal, I called back the next business day, got no answer so I left a message to reschedule. They never returned my phone call, so I figured it would be easier to just get online and book again. The following appointment day came and this time an email - not even a call - a couple hours before my appointment canceling again. I tried to call and email the establishment to get clarification as to the cancelation and reason why and could reach no one and got no response even the next day. I got a Groupon for a pedicure service. My appointment was on 12/30/16, perfect right before my new year eve party. My appointment was at 3:00 pm, someone from the salon called me at 1:30 pm, cancelled on me and asked me to reschedule. She said that someone had a baby and they were shorthanded. I understand things happened, but I bet you she didn't have the baby right then, that they had to cancel less than 2 hours of my appointment time. Whatever, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reschedule! My new appointment was 01/09/17 at 3:00 pm. I got to the salon at 2:55 pm. I waited until 3:05, nobody was there. I called the number that was listed there, no answer! I left a voicemail and asked for a call back. I waited there for 30 minutes, and I gave up and left. I went home and found their Facebook page. I contacted them that evening. More than 24 hours has passed and still no answer! Stupid people, I know you have read my message, you just CHOSE not to reply! What a customer service! ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have bought a Groupon for a facial with my mother over 4 months ago. Getting ahold of this business was absolutely difficult. The company does not answer their phones and even if you leave a message they do not get back to you until days later. I finally got an appointment scheduled, for them to cancel the day of the appointment. I tried calling again, which they did not get back to me until over a week later. I finally got another appointment rescheduled, and I had to book the appointment an entire month out. The day of the appointment as I was walking out the door not even 30 minutes before my appointment they canceled again. When I called their business back, of course they do not answer. Have been trusting my hair and skin for them for over two years. I have a regular standing appointment with Cindy, who keeps my blonde in tip top shape. The atmosphere in her salon is relaxed and fun. I have lots of hair-so highlight it takes a LONG time, but conversation and an occasional glass of wine with her makes the time go quickly! Occasionally, I also treat myself to a facial with Erin. I have dry skin that also likes to break out occasionally and Erin knows exactly how to treat it. I would describe her facials as more maintenance, less massage (think more hydration and refining pores and opposed to a face and neck massage) but that is exactly what I need when my skin is acting up! Pricing is very reasonable as well. The setting of the salon itself is in an office building, which can seem a little off-putting at first. But once you step inside the salon, its well-decorated, cozy, and relaxing. I often recommend my friends here for their hair and just treated my mom to a facial with Erin right before Christmas! read more

I had a horrible experience here like many others. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled twice. The first time, I got a call saying that the nail tech had an emergency and left. Second time, her daughter was sick. Finally I got an appointment, but when I showed up no one was there. I waited about 10 mins just case they were running behind, but no one appeared and I had a scheduled appointment. This spa is extremely unprofessional. Please DO NOT buy the Groupon. I had a facial at Rush Image in July. The employee did a nice job so I went ahead and prepaid for another facial that was scheduled for August. On the day of my facial, I received a text message about twenty minutes before my appointment letting me know it had been cancelled. I live about 45 minutes away from Worthington, and so I was already almost to the salon. I called multiple times and left voicemails and have never received a refund or a call back. I would avoid this place at all costs! It's extremely unprofessional to cancel on a client right before their appointment with no reason given, especially when the client has prepaid for the service and on top of that never get back with the client to apologize or issue a refund! I definitely would have been a return customer, but after the way I have been treated I will never book an appointment here again. read more

Will not recommend or use this salon again. My children purchased a Groupon for me to use at this salon. I scheduled an appt and upon arriving at the salon I was advised that I couldn't use my voucher because I had previously used a voucher in June. This small business is one to note. They have a great staff and really take customer service to the next level. Briana's massage was one of my best ever....and I have been everywhere. She really knows how to work out a knot without having you scream in pain! She just knows what she is doing and really provides great techniques! I always leave feeling so relaxed and relieved. She really listens to her clients and works on what we need. She is open to only working one area if that is what will help you. I really appreciate her flexibility. I purchased the Indulgence Package as a treat to myself which gave a for soak after the massage. I called and asked if I could make it a pedicure as wil since we were already doing part of it. Erin was more than happy to oblige. She was great to talk to while she massaged my calves and feet. So down to Earth and kind. And her polishing was fantastic. My toes look great! I would highly recommend giving this business a try. They have really strict Covid protocols which I appreciated and that made me comfortable enough to make the appointments. This salon is definitely a diamond in the rough! It's fairly easy to find, and when you walk in (at least to the nail salon portion), you'll be glad you did. The space is beautiful, quiet, and tranquil. I was greeted by Erin, who was very welcoming and friendly. Tamarah was the one who did my mani/pedi, and she was fantastic! She was so polite the whole time, and was really attentive to detail. I typically walk out of nail appointments noticing flaws in my cuticles or in the polish but I can honestly say that didn't happen this time. She took a genuine interest in my life, and I felt like more of a friend than just a customer. They run some REALLY awesome deals (BOGO free pedi, and Happy Hours throughout the week). Although they did a good job on my nails their customer service was horrible. I scheduled an appointment after purchasing a pedicure package on Groupon and they cancelled on me two times with no explanation - just an email that said your appointment was cancelled. I finally got my appointment and the woman did a great job on my toes, so I bought another pedicure package and scheduled my next appointment. Once again they cancelled my appointment, so I requested a refund. It took a few emails before they refunded me my money, but they only gave back part of it. I had a pedicure at this salon that resulted in immediate infections in both of my big toes. The salon seemed clean enough, but obviously was not, due to the pain and inflammation I have experienced ever since (4 days ago). The technician also treated my ingrown prone nails entirely incorrectly by cutting the side of the nail and skin along the side. I have had a podiatrist tell me Never to cut in those locations, because it causes more growth, increasing the problem. I've been a regular customer at Rush Image Concepts for several years and have loved Erin, the amazing owner for just as long. I started just getting manicures, then amazing nail art, then added pedicures. I'm continually impressed by the ideas she is able to execute and truly feel like I can't bring anything to her she can't do. Not to mention her staff that have continued to fill the salon with more talent and services. I was terrified to get my first wax service and was put at ease continually by everyone there, but when it was time for my appointment with Rose, she made me feel incredibly comfortable, catered to my fears and walked me through the entire process. I have since been back several times and each time am blown away by the ease and talent of her service and think back to not long ago when I was terrified to endure something so simple. ( and truly possible for anyone to endure). Which leads me to this week and the prep for my trip to #tahiti. I scheduled weeks ago, (easily and online) for mani, pedi, lash extensions, and several wax services. The week of I was called out to a meeting that couldn't be missed and needed to juggle around the appointments to no longer be on one day, but two and everyone was so flexible and accommodating. Erin and her staff made it happen and Jessica was ready to move to the following day as well. I left day one with fresh, bare acrylic and wasn't even worried about it due to Erin's skilled application and them looking complete and finished even without polish. I returned day two for polish, art and my first lash extension with Jessica. She was amazing. So professional and accommodating I knew the time had come to write up about my continual experience at RIC. I am so impressed with the dream erin has made reality at rush image concepts and enjoy each thing individual ladies bring to the service menu.
