It's a brand new climate controlled area, and for $200/ month it is meant to protect your belongings! Do not use this place. We found mold on our belongings. We had to contact this facility three times and threaten to put the charges in dispute in order to get a simple call back from the owner. The owner informed us that we must have moved in the rain (which clearly no one realizes the climate they are in when they move! (We were not moving in the rain...)), and they would offer us no help to get out the mold in our belongings. Furthermore, they noted no evidence of mold. Clearly...the building is all metal and there's nothing in the unit anymore! We found condensation all the way up the walls in the unit right next to the damaged furniture, but don't listen to the customer. Go somewhere else, unless you want your belongings damaged and terrible customer service.

The movers were all friendly and introduced themselves to us, which helped us feel safe, especially with our kids around. They worked quickly, padded everything well, and worked to get our things into our new home where we wanted them, despite some challenging home angles to work around. Moving is a stressful event, but Lloyd's Transfer & Storage helped ease some of the burden. We'd like to thank Richard W., Aaron G., Trent R., Jeremy, Hunter F., and Tia A. for all their hard work.
