Then as I am trying to leave this girl rudely stops me and tells me I am going the wrong way when there is an exit to leave the property clear as day right in front of my face... so I tell her I am just trying to leave and proceeded to drive my car thru the exit - TELL ME WHY this girl RUNS in front of my car and will not move and is forcing me back out of an already completely unorganized area when there is a clear and straight line right in front of me I could take and the situation would be completely resolved in seconds.. matter of fact there wouldn't have been a situation. TJ's loop was the last to do an oil service on my vehicle and yet, they did not want to claim the damages that they had caused. The dealership said that the drain plug was not installed properly along with a bad oring from the plug. They should've told you the issue before anything. It was their fault the engine on my vehicle seized up. It cost me $8000 for a new engine that TJ's refused to claim full responsibility of lack of practice. They may be fast, but their quality work sucks ass. And their claims management team along with the store manager are the worst.
