Hand washing is tough business and the crew works together like it is a dance. Everything is smooth and from within the car....I can hear that car squeaking clean sound. Texas is big, flat and kinda boring so the bugs are constantly kamakazing into the grill of the cars. It's pretty gross. And then it is so dagnabit hot that they literally BAKE onto your cars hood

These guys work hard and actually seem like they enjoy the work! They are knowledgeable about products and will answer any questions about car detailing. It's clear that Isaiah put personal effort into correcting our truck paint. We asked about a windshield replacement quote and Doug was upfront and honest and told us we really didn't need to replace it since we filled in the crack using a RainX kit. He didn't try to take advantage of us and that left a good impression. We would recommend DW.

If line has to form for the only two sit down toilets and my kiddo has to go, it spells disaster! Not an ideal place if your kid needs to use the restroom and can't wait. They sell coffee (lattes, drip, etc.) at this location and it has a drive through. Convenient! If you are deciding on which burrito to get, just choose the cheese steak. It's so good!

Unorganized and Unprofessional…read more This place is a mess went in for a quick car wash because I didn't want to drive the extra miles to bucees and that was a mistake!! First off they offer the bug washing service which there is no sign on how you enter in to that area so I stopped and asked - the water in the bucket was dirty and did not appear to have any soap or suds Went in for a carwash and paid $25 for a mediocre service - Bucees does the same thing for $14 proceeded to use the vacuums they offer one of them wasn't working properly so I had to use the other one - they didn't have any cloths outside and wanted you to go inside and ask in which case what is even the point of having a bucket outside offering them..? Then as I am trying to leave this girl rudely stops me and tells me I am going the wrong way when there is an exit to leave the property clear as day right in front of my face... so I tell her I am just trying to leave and proceeded to drive my car thru the exit - TELL ME WHY this girl RUNS in front of my car and will not move and is forcing me back out of an already completely unorganized area when there is a clear and straight line right in front of me I could take and the situation would be completely resolved in seconds.. matter of fact there wouldn't have been a situation. Put up some damn signs out or cones hell BLOCK OFF THE AREA if they do not want people driving thru there!?! I mean this was sooo ghetto - especially when there are no signs or anything saying I cannot exit here .. Not to mention endangerment from the employee - standing in front of a moving car puts you or others at risk, constitutes reckless or unsafe behavior. So reluctantly I back out and the girl is smiling and laughing at this point along with another coworker - As I am driving away another girl comes running out and proceeds to take my photo antagonizing the situation further! I have no problem with them having my license plate as a matter of fact I am sure there are cameras that have that information as well but this girl continuing to add full to the fire is so unprofessional and trashy - the entire place just needs to be shut down. Terrible customer service and establishment. 0/10 highly NOT recommend Bucees WOULD NEVER

TJ's loop was the last to do an oil service on my vehicle and yet, they did not want to claim the damages that they had caused. The dealership said that the drain plug was not installed properly along with a bad oring from the plug. They should've told you the issue before anything. It was their fault the engine on my vehicle seized up. It cost me $8000 for a new engine that TJ's refused to claim full responsibility of lack of practice. They may be fast, but their quality work sucks ass. And their claims management team along with the store manager are the worst.
