After my final session the staff even suggested I look into going somewhere that has a different kind of laser that offers better results on colors. This should have been explained to me before I signed up. In the end I decided to have it covered up rather than wasting additional time, money and aggravation. Maybe you should too.

I was greeted with a nice smile from the receptionist as soon as I walked in and while the place is small, it had a nice cozy and relaxing environment. Amanda was my masseuse and she listened to my needs (relief of muscle aches from frequent workouts) and she went to work. She used the right amount of pressure to help relieve some muscle tension I had in my neck and back, and the aromatherapy and oils she used helped relieve some stress. After the hour, she also gave me some tips on how to relieve the tension myself at home which I really appreciated. Glad I decided to pick this place to experience my first massage and I'll definitely be back again and look into a hot stone massage for next time.

I had just run the NYC Marathon on Sunday so was hoping to get in on Tuesday. In fairness, I called on Tuesday morning and they couldn't get us in until Thursday night, but it was worth the wait, and I'm sure they were blowing up because of Groupon. The listed price for the couple's massage in the parlor was $140, but for $40/person, it was money well spent once the hour was up. The place is a little hidden, even within the office building. It's easiest to go up to the second floor from the door on your right (there are 2 entrances). Overall, they did such a good job, I tipped them $25 each, factoring in the actual cost and not the Groupon special.

You'll also notice that the place is super clean and organized. There are about four rows of chairs for customers. I have not been in the back, but I believe that is where the waxing tables are located. There's a service list around the register written in a white erase board, I noticed that she offers a lot of services! Some of the services listed were threading, waxing and I believe blow out. (I just stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded). Anyways, the owners was very welcoming, she greeted me with a smile asked what I wanted done. She initiated our small talk and began working. It was a very quick, painless and calming experience getting my eyebrows done. The instrumental music, store's scent and her gentle way using thread made it a wonderful first experience at Fusion! Therefore, Yes, I will be a returning customer! She did an amazing job with my eyebrows, prices are fairly reasonable (without tip, I paid $10 to get my eyebrows done) and I love how relaxing my experience was! Highly recommend this place.
