They were all impressed with their selection, pricing, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff - no high-pressure sales tactics. This was my experience too. Frances is personable, asked detailed questions about preferences, etc. and helped me select the perfect bed. She patiently answered all of my questions, and it was wonderful learning the bed could be delivered the following week. I also spoke with Andrew by phone, and he was equally friendly and helpful. They both genuinely care about their customers - you don't always experience that dealing with large mattress chains or department stores. Highly recommend this mattress store! Five stars*****
