I had really low water pressure coming from my kitchen sink- Many plumbers would just say you have old pipes and quote you thousands of dollars to fix the situation. From the initial call things went smooth they came and inspected the sink- told me to start with a new faucet which was a way more cost effective route than replacing plumbing- I bought a better faucet Art installed it quickly and went above and beyond to ensure the water pressure came back! I called this company today at around 4pm because they had called me in the morning and stated that I would get a call later in the day to schedule. I assumed they closed at 5pm so I called to get an update on scheduling. The lady stated that I would get a call around 8pm and she was quite aggravated. I proceeded to try and ask what their operation hours were so that I could better plan and I just wasn't able to articulate my question very well because the lady was quite upset with me and wasn't really understanding what I was asking. She thought I wanted to argue my way into service today when I was just struggling to think of the right way to ask my question. She stated that I was calling to get on the schedule now that I was off work after I told them I was unavailable and that's just not how her scheduling worked, she told me that she couldn't give me a more specific call time for scheduling and stated "what's the difference between 8pm and a more specific time" when I was not asking for a more specific time. She told me she could put me on the schedule but it wouldn't be accurate because that's not how her schedule worked and I needed to wait until she called me later which I was also not asking for. All I wanted to know was when their operation hours were so that I could figure out if I needed to take time off work or could schedule it outside of that time and she argued with me to the point of tears until I was able to get the right question out. I've never in my life had a worse customer service experience from a simple misunderstanding. This plumber was on time, accurate in finding the problem of my sink and the toilet, he was prepared for both jobs with excellent equipment, and he offered the best prices that I came across any plumber. After original call and a time frame of 2 hours I received a call the plumber would be here in 25 mins. Awesome timing. Had the drain cleared fast. I called Selected Rooter sat 10 am or so for a clogged toilet they answered very quickly and said a technician will be out shortly and he came very quickly. He was very understanding and explained to me the cost and if there was a change in cost he would inform me before going any further with the repair. He fixed my toilet very quick helped me clean up a bit and then was on his way. Even offered a discount since I found them on yelp.
