Jeremy helped me and a friend out when we where in a huge dilemma. We called him to get a tow from 45 and Beaumont to Wayside said he'd do it for $80. We had left the car to get some stuff at the house and He rushed over to the car only to see it being towed by the city tow truck service. i called they gave me a honest quote. when i say honest i called about 4 different towing companies and they had all these weird fees and services calls. but select towing gave me flat $125. which is the cheapest i ran across. They also accept payment via phone and sent me a picture of my car at the final destination. My tire completely blew out on Easter late at night and Fadi replied quickly and was very professional. Since my tire blew out in the back, he took the time to switch my tire from the back to the front so it would be easier for my car to be towed. He also checked to make sure if I had a spare and that he'd put it on for me. He towed my car to a discount tire because my car wasn't drivable at all. So on the ride home he made small talk and made jokes. He's a funny guy and since it was late at night he told me to make sure I got everything I needed out of my car and to lock my doors and made sure my friend and I were safe. Out of a bad situation he made everything easier than it would've been. I also called other tow services and Fadi was the most professional, quick and cheapest. This tow truck driver took a look at my car, gave me some good advice on what was wrong, towed it across town to my regular mechanic, and then dropped me and my friend off a few blocks away. Every other towing service was saying there was a 60-90 minute wait but this driver (Fadi) got to us, through stadium traffic, in 15-20 minutes. He was very charming, helpful, and professional. I was searching for a fair towing company on Yelp and came across this company. The reviews were great and supposedly pricing was reasonable, so I decided to give it a try and call. I've dealt with several towing companies before and most are either expensive and/or just want to get the job done and move on. This company defies all of that, the rate I got for my tow for the distance traveled was relatively very cheap and the customer service was unbelievable. I loved the fact that you can pay with credit card rather than having to have cash on hand which allowed me to stay at work and coordinate towing my car from there. Fadi, I believe I spoke with, was very friendly and took his time helping me get my car to the auto shop. He even sent me a picture of my car to my phone to confirm the drop off of my car. The time you need your car towed is not something you look forward to, however dealing with this company was the silver lining to a grey cloud. My roadside assistance first called another company and gave me their information. I contacted them and the guy on the other line was very abrupt and unfriendly. Shortly after, my roadside assistance called me back and said the first company canceled and so they were going to find a new service. A few minutes later I was informed that Select Towing was coming to help me. I got a call later from Fadi saying he would be there in 30 minutes and he was extremely nice over the phone and even more so in person. He was very professional and took extreme caution with my car. It was very late when we got to the dealership but he was very thorough and walked me through filling out the paperwork to leave in the night drop. I hope not to have to have my car towed in the near future but if necessary, I am glad to have their business card. I will share his information with all my friends and family.
