Nothing to say but AWESOME. I was on vacation recently and driving a rental car. What could have been a very costly situation for me was handled by one of the drivers. Select towing should get more than 5 stars, my car went into a ditch with the driver side in water during a heavy rain storm. After calling my insurance company they gave me some crap "tow jam" agency that took 4hrs to not come and get me. I googled Select towing and while I was on the phone with the insurance company my friend who came to make sure I was ok called Select. Fadhi arranged to have a driver out to me within 35-45 min, they sent a confirmation text as well that I never even received from my insurance company. James was super friendly and he took care of my car as to not put another scratch on it, he even called to confirm it was dropped off at the collision place. Not only will I refer Select to my friends they have gained two new customers with me and my friend who was there for moral support. Y'all are for real car and life savers. I called and they quoted $55 for tire change (I provided donut - they said they don't do tire replacement on Sunday if they have to provide the tire) and 45 minutes to arrive. I requested they call me 1 minute before they arrived because I was at my house waiting, and they did exactly that - perfect. The car was at an area with a bit of traffic so the driver (Freddy) towed it to my driveway free of charge to change it more safely. He was efficient and quick. read more

Anytime you have to get your car towed it's not a good day. Select towing made the experience a one of a kind. Generally, towing services get a bad rap but my personal opinion has completely changed. I used them twice in one week. Once to have my car towed to my apt and the second to have it towed to the mechanic shop. Upon using them the first time they were super quick to arrive and also the cheapest around my area (Bellaire). The guy even waiting for me why I tried different solutions to get my car to work (no solution worked). The second time they took my car to the mechanic shop and took me back home so I didn't have to get a Uber (saved $15-20). Not only that but they gave me a discount for being a returning customer. Not the best situation to be a returning customer, but in this case, I'm glad I picked them to help me through a tough time! read more

My car broke down in Houston few weeks ago. Since I was extremely busy that week, I had to wait til the weekend to try to get it home and start on its repairs. I needed it towed home, and started a search for a flatbed Saturday morning at 6:30 am. Select Towing was the first towing company I called, and was given a quote to tow the car 17 miles to my home. I initially thought the price was a bit high, but getting other quotes, found out his was the lowest price by almost fifty dollars. So I made arrangements to meet him at the car for later in the afternoon. As I had worked the previous night, I thought I would catch a few hours of sleep before meeting up with him. So off to bed I went. And I overslept. It was past 4 pm, and my appointment was at 3! As I was getting ready to call and apologize for missing the appointment, and to reschedule, I noticed a flatbed wrecker backing up my driveway with my car on it. As I approached the wrecker, apologizing for the missed appointment due to oversleeping, the driver said he had figured as much, ( I had mentioned I was up all night) and thought he would just bring the car to me anyway. I called Select Towing based on all the great reviews here and I'm so glad I did. My mom was unfortunately in an accident and I needed to retrieve her van after it was towed. The company that originally towed the van wanted to charge over $100 more than what I was quoted from Select Towing. The price was very reasonable and the gentleman who arrived was very prompt, hardworking, and helpful. I even received updates via text when he was arriving. Since the vehicle was damaged from the accident, he went out of his way to ensure the vehicle and the contents were well secured so that no debris would fly off in transit. When I revealed we didn't have full coverage on the vehicle, he offered suggestions on how to resell it for parts so we could recoup some of our loss. The ONLY tow service you will ever need. I needed to have my recently purchased car towed back to the dealer but Select Tow couldn't guarantee they could get to me before noon. Believing strongly in these yelp reviews I chose to wait. Fadi arrived promptly and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained that all his drivers were out but he didn't want to keep me waiting so he came himself. That prompt and courteous service was outstanding enough but nothing compared to what he did for me once we got to the dealer. Despite the fact I just knew he had lots more people to help, Fadi refused to leave until the dealer agreed to accept my car for repairs on their dime. He went to bat for me with the salesman and single-handedly convinced the salesman and his manager to fix my car. I can never express how grateful I was that Fadi knew exactly what to say to get me the help I needed. Without Fadi I know that I would now have a dead lemon of a car that I would have had to pay to be retowed to my house. It's been a month and the dealer still has my car but I wouldn't have stood a chance fighting them alone. Fadi charges were more than reasonable for the tow. And he refused to let me pay for all the time he was there waiting and arguing on my behalf. I bet most drivers would have dumped my car off and been down the road. Fadi's work ethic and customer-centered philosophy would never have allowed that. His service was priceless to me and I will never call anyone else.
