Years of Consistency & Quality Service…read more We first had Rob do some work on an investment property in Altona, where he replaced a hot water service for us. From that first job, we were so impressed that for years now we have continued to utilise Rob for all of our plumbing issues. Whether it's maintenance, urgent repairs, or ongoing plumbing work, Rob has always been reliable, responsive, and extremely easy to deal with. His workmanship has consistently been perfect. He is a true perfectionist and you can genuinely see the pride he takes in every job. Rob is trustworthy, hardworking, and down to earth, which makes the whole process feel stress-free. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, and always ensures the job is done properly, often going above and beyond. If you're in Altona or surrounding areas and need a plumber you can genuinely rely on, especially for things like hot water replacements or blocked drains, I highly recommend Rob. You won't find better.

We are having a very disappointing experience with Xceptional Plumbing…read more A job request had already been open for 4 days from my real state agency regarding contaminated brown water coming from all taps in our property in Victoria. When I called on February 13th, I was told they would call back, but they never did. When my husband called again today, February 21st, he was rude and said the situation was "not an emergency". This issue has been affecting our entire house for over a month. Shower filter turned brown after few use, we are spending extra money trying to make the water usable, and we are now facing health concerns, including significant hair loss. For a hot water system issue marked as urgent, we expected professionalism, clear communication and faster action. Situations involving potentially unsafe water should be treated seriously and respectfully.
