Sean went to my rental property to check and service my heater. The next day he invoiced me for disconnecting my heater. Said that it was subject to recall. It took me one minute to call the manufacturer and find my heater was not part of the recall. He did not reply to my texts, emails or answer my phone calls when I asked him to go and reconnect the heater. Some basic communication when he was on site would have avoided his mistake. Also a shame he is not willing to own his mistake and make it right. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of going through Consumer Affairs/VCAT to have my heater reconnected.
