His advice to fix the weird smells coming from the bathroom was "open the window". I then had a friend who is just a handyman who instantly identified that our toilet had not been installed correctly and was actually able to fix it himself. The PlumberAssist plumber stuck around for an additional 10 minutes to write up his invoice and charged the full half hour!! I called them up to complain about this whole experience and was basically told "bad luck buddy". I would NEVER recommend PlumberAssist to anybody!!!
