When I called on February 13th, I was told they would call back, but they never did. When my husband called again today, February 21st, he was rude and said the situation was "not an emergency". This issue has been affecting our entire house for over a month. Shower filter turned brown after few use, we are spending extra money trying to make the water usable, and we are now facing health concerns, including significant hair loss.
