I called Inner City Plumbing when our rental property required all plumbing to be replaced ASAP -…read morethey arrived really quickly, stayed in communication (providing photos and updates) and did a fantastic job at a really reasonable price. We then had issues at our home and again called Inner City Plumbing, they arrived within the hour and quickly fixed our hot water problem whilst also providing great advice and really friendly service. They perform small and complex jobs - so perfect for any issue you may have. I can't recommend this company and its people any more. A fantastic plumbing service!

He did an excellent job when fixing the problem. Luke also went out of his way to look at another issue which was not planned for this job, yet he spent extra time doing some tests and satisfied any worries I had at no extra cost. His pricing was very competitive and nearly half the price of another plumbers quote I received. I would certainly use Luke again and fully recommend him to my friends and relatives etc.

We recently had a water pipe leak on our hot water service that we needed repaired…read more We contacted Tait on the Saturday afternoon and they recommended we wait until Monday morning to avoid a huge callout fee. We did this and a visit to bunnings for some silicone tape to stop the leak temporarily did the job. The plumber from Tait turned up on time at 8:00am Monday morning and fixed the leak. He was friendly and did a good job. While he was here we also got him to install a Brita water filter tap into the sink area in the kitchen. He was happy to do that and did a very good job. We thought the bill for the two jobs was very reasonable and they were happy for us to pay by bank transfer. We would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

It took me one minute to call the manufacturer and find my heater was not part of the recall. He did not reply to my texts, emails or answer my phone calls when I asked him to go and reconnect the heater. Some basic communication when he was on site would have avoided his mistake. Also a shame he is not willing to own his mistake and make it right. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of going through Consumer Affairs/VCAT to have my heater reconnected. Unprofessional, uncommunicative and not willing to own up to his mistake and rectify it.

Noone showed up so I rang their number and was told the plumber rang in sick today, nobody contacted me to tell me this. I was then told that instead of the $120 call out fee it would now be $280 even though it is not my fault that noone showed up and I was not contacted. No offer for any resolution except you must pay $280 now. Not worried about the money, I will now go and pay another plumber that money that values customers and will contact their client. INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED AND GREEDY, AVOID THESE PLUMBERS…read more Kyle and Anthony from 'Revive a Drain Plumbing' are the most incompetent tradies I've ever encountered. These "plumbers" are unqualified, clueless and come unprepared without even bringing tools! The jokers looked around my house to use my tools and even had the audacity to leave mid-job to get a haircut. Utterly unprofessional, they proceeded to ask for more money upfront, for a job which was not only incomplete but had destroyed the carpenter's work. When calling to complain of the inadequate job, Kyle verbally abused us over the phone. They have no capacity to work in the trade, and even less to own their reckless actions or account for the destruction they leave. If you have been unfortunate enough to encounter these fools, be aware that they are clueless and are a poor representation for the trade.
