I went back to the location to request a refund and resolve the issue in person, but the staff gave me the runaround and refused to help. Instead, they dismissed me and gave me an email address to request a refund. I am still waiting for a response to the email I sent. The customer service at this location was very disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious when providing card information. If you choose to use their services, consider paying with cash to avoid unauthorized charges.

The office could use a little work, like holes in the floor in the waiting room. I'm afraid one day someone will trip on one of them. I've had two doctor appointments here and both times it was a different doctor. I'm not crazy about that. I prefer having the same doctor every time they are both very nice. I have no complaints there, but wasn't crazy about treatment options They gave me. I refuse them. Physical therapy has been great. All three therapists are wonderful, very friendly and easy to work with. Yes I walk away very sore after a session but no pain no gain right? I have no experience with going to pain management business, so my opinions are as they would be if I had something to compare it to. Overall, I would say it's an OK place to go, and I would have no problem recommending someone to go here.

Dr. Taylor was able to see me first thing on Monday morning. Dr. Taylor was terrific. She listened and examined me thoroughly. The treatment received (massage, adjustment, e-stim and ice) resulted in a slight improvement, but I was able to stand straighter. My pain was a 9/10 and it isn't going away with a single appointment. However, I am pleased with the treatment plan and professionalism of Dr. Taylor.
