The staff, specifically Chloe, have been a Godsend!! Over 3 months of therapy got me from tears to smiles again. Through the daily exercises, coupled with treatment from my pain doc, I can proudly say I am back to walking as exercise, I can stand for more than 5 mins and now that I am getting flexibility back, I am back to losing weight! They had my card on file and several times charged it above the authorized amount without my consent. I asked them to stop and they did it several more times. I was also told that pediatric feeding therapy was medically necessary for my daughter. They scheduled me right away to get started without discussing billing. When I asked they advised a range for each visit which was fine. Then my insurance company denied the services stating not medically necessary. Amazing kids asked me to get a new diagnosis from my pediatrician so I did. Apparently my insurance denied this again. Michelle at Amazing kids called me mid day to say that I owed the over $400 balance and they would settle it for the self pay amount (around half) if I paid it today only. I asked to have more time so I could call insurance and they said they would only accept less today and after that it would accrue interest. I was honestly appalled that they wouldn't assist in the insurance billing aspect as they told me these services were necessary. I paid the lesser amount to avoid them charging the full owed amount to my card but this is a predatory practice that puts tons of people out of insurance payment benefits. I won't work with a business that's treats customers like this. The routine of scheduling recurring treatment right away without talking about the cost and not attempting to help customers with insurance billing issues are red flags.

I paid the copay the front desk lady billed me for, and later was sent a bill for way more then what was reported. I requested to speak to the owner to clarify and she was extremely RUDE and basically told me she would send it to collection agency if I didn't pay the new amount in full and that she is not willing to negotiate or take anything less. The staff was very rude. I don't feel like my child got the proper evaluation that I had scheduled for. It honestly was a waste of my time and now money as the staff was more focused on the time so they end in time. The person that said she was the owner refused to disclose of her name when I asked her through the phone I then mentioned that it would be online and she still refused and was very rude. I definitely will not be returning back at least not to the above location.

I decided to use All About Speech and Language after I saw another mom recommend it on Facebook. I was not disappointed. Ms. Jenna was kind and welcoming. She made my daughter feel safe and she made me feel confident that we can get her talking and socializing. My only regret is waiting until my daughter was 18 months. I wish I would have started her sooner. Ms. Jenna helped our whole family, not just my daughter. She educated us on the different types of communication and we implemented them in our daily lives.
