Clinical Director, Physical Therapist, and Owner Kristina Pittman is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional in both her initial evaluations and her ability to design detailed, comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored specifically to each client's needs. Rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" approach, she carefully develops individualized treatment and exercise plans based on the specific injury or condition being treated, while also taking into account the client's age, fitness level, mobility, and overall rehabilitation goals. I can personally attest to the quality of care provided at Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, as I have received treatment there over the past several years, including during 2026, for multiple areas of the body ranging from my neck to my knees. Throughout that time, I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and individualized attention provided by the staff. Each rehabilitation program was carefully tailored to address my specific physical therapy needs and adjusted appropriately as progress was made. Equally impressive is the supportive and welcoming environment created by the entire staff. From head scheduler Cassie, who helps keep appointments and scheduling running smoothly, to physical therapy technicians Darion and Allie, the team consistently demonstrates professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care for the clients. Darion and Allie do an outstanding job assisting patients as they work through the exercise programs designed by Kristina Pittman, helping ensure exercises are performed correctly, safely, and effectively. What truly stands out about Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy is the combination of clinical expertise, individualized attention, and a positive atmosphere that motivates clients throughout the rehabilitation process. The staff genuinely appears invested in helping people improve their mobility, strength, recovery, and overall quality of life. If you live anywhere near this facility and need physical therapy or rehabilitation services, I would highly recommend considering Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy for your care.

While it has been tough for me to get my dad to his appointments as scheduled, due to work or illness, I always call ahead and give as much notice as I can. I'll now have to look for another PT clinic, preferably one with better customer service. No issues with the actual physical therapists, or anyone else for that matter... just this one lady.

The chiro wrote specifically to do passive therapy involving ultra sound. Deborah was non communicative, pulled my shirt up without saying what she was doing and pulled my pants down without saying a word. I felt humiliated, but waited to hear what she was doing. She said almost nothing about what she was going to do to my back - IGNORING completely what the chiropractor suggested. I asked questions, she assured me that this is what SHE thought I should have. I canceled my second appointment - DS needs training on working with people! She needs to work on her communication - very badly! Especially working with people in pain! I felt humiliated and in worse pain than when I walked in! She suggested nothing like "drink lots of water" or "ice"- didn't even say goodbye! I have been a patient at Providence St. Peter Outpatient Orthopedic and Hand Therapy since Aug…read more2023. I was referred by my primary care doctor for relief from shoulder pain. After two months of treatment, my therapist suggested I see an orthopedist, which I did. As a result, I was given X-rays and an MRI which revealed I had a torn rotator cuff, SLAP tear, bone spurs and severe arthritis. I tried non-surgical treatment by continuing PT and an injection, but the pain persisted, so it was recommended that my shoulder be surgically repaired. I also had a frozen shoulder and my surgeon cautioned me that he would not be able to operate if the shoulder was still frozen. My therapist worked with me for two more months in an attempt to "thaw" my frozen shoulder. I went in for surgery in Jan 2024, and the surgeon was able to manipulate my shoulder and complete the surgery. The damage to my shoulder was worse than anticipated, but the surgeon was able to complete repairs. Two weeks post-surgery, I went back to PT to rehabilitate my shoulder. I am still in PT and likely will for a few more months, as I regain my mobility & strength. I have worked with several of the Physical Therapists and a PT Assistant, including Christy, Jordan, Nancy, Mark, and Jessica. The care I've received has been excellent - it is painful, but I am getting better! Shoulder surgery is a long, difficult recovery and I was told to expect it to take 6-9 months to be mostly pain-free, and a full year to restore my strength, which was complicated by a detached biceps tendon that also requires repair. Slowly but surely I'm making progress. I definitely recommend Providence St. Peter Outpatient Pediatric Therapies if you need to rehab a shoulder, knee, hand, etc.
