There is an online portal that you can use to message the team and view your summaries and medications I've spoken to over 6 different people (scheduler, front desk, surgeons nurse, etc) and always receiving the help I was seeking. If not immediate, I had a follow up call or voice mail to close the loop. Several days ago, I re-injured a shoulder rotator cuff causing sharp pain, considerable aching, loss of sleep, and limiting personal care. An MRI and a medical examination of the original injury signaled the need for a complete shoulder replacement. Instead, I chose a treatment plan of physical therapy and acetaminophen with a cortisone injection when needed. The recent re-injury caused sufficient pain to seek a cortisone injection. Therein rests my review of Olympia Orthopaedics. My physician is away on vacation and cannot order the injection. No health care provider is identified as a standby during his absence. The schedulers must "find a team that is willing" to order and give an injection during my physician's absence. Olympia Orthopaedics Urgent Care Clinic does not give cortisone injections. My torn rotator cuff and re-injury is certainly not an emergency. However, I await a resolution to my current need with the experience and thought of "once out the door...". Clearly, Olympia Orthopaedics needs to have a contingency plan/policy for continuity of care for patients when a health care provider is unavailable for whatever reason.

Clinical Director, Physical Therapist, and Owner Kristina Pittman is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional in both her initial evaluations and her ability to design detailed, comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored specifically to each client's needs. Rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" approach, she carefully develops individualized treatment and exercise plans based on the specific injury or condition being treated, while also taking into account the client's age, fitness level, mobility, and overall rehabilitation goals. I can personally attest to the quality of care provided at Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, as I have received treatment there over the past several years, including during 2026, for multiple areas of the body ranging from my neck to my knees. Throughout that time, I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and individualized attention provided by the staff. Each rehabilitation program was carefully tailored to address my specific physical therapy needs and adjusted appropriately as progress was made. Equally impressive is the supportive and welcoming environment created by the entire staff. From head scheduler Cassie, who helps keep appointments and scheduling running smoothly, to physical therapy technicians Darion and Allie, the team consistently demonstrates professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care for the clients. Darion and Allie do an outstanding job assisting patients as they work through the exercise programs designed by Kristina Pittman, helping ensure exercises are performed correctly, safely, and effectively. What truly stands out about Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy is the combination of clinical expertise, individualized attention, and a positive atmosphere that motivates clients throughout the rehabilitation process. The staff genuinely appears invested in helping people improve their mobility, strength, recovery, and overall quality of life. If you live anywhere near this facility and need physical therapy or rehabilitation services, I would highly recommend considering Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy for your care.

I was super lucky to be working with supportive, friendly, knowledgeable professionals who actually made my time there enjoyable. It may sound weird to look forward to therapy, but Inspire is such a nice clean & comfortable facility with the most personable team and cutting edge toys/tools that it was like a spa day for my healing hand. Thanks to everyone for the great conversations - I learned a lot about strength, stability, and rotation. And I'm doing great! Driving my car used to feel like lassoing an elephant, and now I have my indepence again. Thanks so much for the kind motivation, my experience here was some of the most rewarding hard as heck work I've ever done. Appreciated.

But The bad is: Sometimes I felt ok is this a session to help out my physical problem or... is this some life coaching program I was not comfortable with so much in depth personal talk. Now I'm friendly and all but I felt her social friendliness was more of a ruse to make time go by without doing much bc I seriously could have been done 5 mins into it but with all the personal talk it would last 30 mins to 1 hour and I would leave with just 2 new excersises ( forcing you to keep coming back for another move) so I stopped going and went to Apple and I'm glad I did it saved me a lot of money.

I went to Deborah Simonetti at Simonetti PT, it was Mon. and DS seemed in a bad mood. The chiro wrote specifically to do passive therapy involving ultra sound. Deborah was non communicative, pulled my shirt up without saying what she was doing and pulled my pants down without saying a word. I felt humiliated, but waited to hear what she was doing. She said almost nothing about what she was going to do to my back - IGNORING completely what the chiropractor suggested. I asked questions, she assured me that this is what SHE thought I should have. I canceled my second appointment - DS needs training on working with people! She needs to work on her communication - very badly! Especially working with people in pain! I felt humiliated and in worse pain than when I walked in! She suggested nothing like "drink lots of water" or "ice"- didn't even say goodbye! After two months of treatment, my therapist suggested I see an orthopedist, which I did. As a result, I was given X-rays and an MRI which revealed I had a torn rotator cuff, SLAP tear, bone spurs and severe arthritis. I tried non-surgical treatment by continuing PT and an injection, but the pain persisted, so it was recommended that my shoulder be surgically repaired. I also had a frozen shoulder and my surgeon cautioned me that he would not be able to operate if the shoulder was still frozen. My therapist worked with me for two more months in an attempt to "thaw" my frozen shoulder. I went in for surgery in Jan 2024, and the surgeon was able to manipulate my shoulder and complete the surgery. The damage to my shoulder was worse than anticipated, but the surgeon was able to complete repairs. Two weeks post-surgery, I went back to PT to rehabilitate my shoulder. I am still in PT and likely will for a few more months, as I regain my mobility & strength. I have worked with several of the Physical Therapists and a PT Assistant, including Christy, Jordan, Nancy, Mark, and Jessica. The care I've received has been excellent - it is painful, but I am getting better! Shoulder surgery is a long, difficult recovery and I was told to expect it to take 6-9 months to be mostly pain-free, and a full year to restore my strength, which was complicated by a detached biceps tendon that also requires repair. Slowly but surely I'm making progress. I definitely recommend Providence St. Peter Outpatient Pediatric Therapies if you need to rehab a shoulder, knee, hand, etc.

This location bills as hospital outpatient (hence the name) and they don't tell you that! Physical therapy is billed as a hospital visit. That means instead of getting a $25 copay you get $1000+ bill! I had a single visit billed for $1200 when my insurance says I only owe $25. What they're doing is legal but highly immoral. If you want to go to providence, go to the tumwater facility. Same organization but I hear they bill correctly.
