One thing I love more than anything is his outside of the box/text book approach to healing. He does not give up and didn't let me leave until my discomfort was gone. Today he used a "Dry Needling" technique on my shoulder to relieve muscle tension, and it worked, followed by cervical manipulation. When we finished, he educated me on my at home workouts for maximum healing. This guy knows his stuff. I recommend him over any physical therapist and seeing him before considering chiropractic care. A little background on him: Chris is the owner of Puget Sound Physical Therapy. Graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2009. In 2012, he was awarded his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2015, Chris was accepted for admission into an orthopedic manual therapy fellowship. In 2017, Chris was awarded board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. And he's not stopping there, he's currently continuing his education with his Fellowships.

I have never felt rushed through my appointments, and have plenty of dedicated 1:1 time with my PT. Their PTA's, Damon & Svenja are just as amazing as Zach & Stephanie. Guiding you through your stretches & exercises, providing incredible support and expertise to make sure you're doing it right. As with any PT program, you have to trust the process. My baseline was unable to leverage a glass of water in front of me, and unable to sit or stand for more than 30 minutes without significant pain. Stephanie started me off with such tiny movements and stretches that I wondered if it would even work. The end result has been steady progress without any major setbacks, and the appropriate amount of discomfort. (You just can't avoid discomfort when you're rebuilding musculature) Stephanie takes into consideration my day to day life, how I need (and want) to function, and has tailored treatment to help me move through the world on my terms. Clinical Director, Physical Therapist, and Owner Kristina Pittman is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional in both her initial evaluations and her ability to design detailed, comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored specifically to each client's needs. Rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" approach, she carefully develops individualized treatment and exercise plans based on the specific injury or condition being treated, while also taking into account the client's age, fitness level, mobility, and overall rehabilitation goals. I can personally attest to the quality of care provided at Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, as I have received treatment there over the past several years, including during 2026, for multiple areas of the body ranging from my neck to my knees. Throughout that time, I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and individualized attention provided by the staff. Each rehabilitation program was carefully tailored to address my specific physical therapy needs and adjusted appropriately as progress was made. Equally impressive is the supportive and welcoming environment created by the entire staff. From head scheduler Cassie, who helps keep appointments and scheduling running smoothly, to physical therapy technicians Darion and Allie, the team consistently demonstrates professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care for the clients. Darion and Allie do an outstanding job assisting patients as they work through the exercise programs designed by Kristina Pittman, helping ensure exercises are performed correctly, safely, and effectively. What truly stands out about Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy is the combination of clinical expertise, individualized attention, and a positive atmosphere that motivates clients throughout the rehabilitation process. The staff genuinely appears invested in helping people improve their mobility, strength, recovery, and overall quality of life. If you live anywhere near this facility and need physical therapy or rehabilitation services, I would highly recommend considering Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy for your care.
