Seems like a scam. I called another service in January 2021 Stephanie set up a time for me to speak to Amber, said their company was the best quoted crazy success rates etc. It was too pricey so I didn't work with them. Now with everything opening up again I decided to look up a few matchmaking services. Never heard of Select Date so called them and Stephanie (same person) scheduled a time for me to speak to Amber (same person) The whole sales pitch was identical. The first time I spoke to Amber in January she said I have the perfect guy I just interviewed this morning...she used the exact same line on me again. I actually believed her the first time in January but now I can see thru the whole sales pitch!! When I asked her how long she had been working there she said a year...but how could she when I spoke to her in January and she was at another company? Definitely something fishy here, they obviously didn't remember speaking to me previously! Talked to several other services that seemed a lot more transparent and legitimate. Don't buy into Stephanie and Amber's lies. read more

I have to say I am not a big review person, especially since I am not usually that happy with much of the service I get today. I felt compelled to write one for these ladies as they have wonderfully impacted my life. I have yet to meet anyone, but I thought they wouldn't be able to find anyone and it sounds as if they are vetting some people , which is pretty crazy because I only started with them a month ago and I'm very picky. The interview conducted by the matchmaker is detailed and unfiltered so they can really understand who you are and what type of match work best. They cut to the chase by sharing direct details and photos of who they want you to meet, they coordinate the set up, and they keep in touch after the date to see how things are progressing.
