They are so knowledgeable in how the body works and moves. They are easy to talk to and include fun conversation, questions and trivia questions. Their explanations of how to do each exercise are helpful They provide printed copies of each exercise to do at home. I feel supported and feel they care about each individual they treat. Their facility and equipment are up to date and they sanitize after each person uses it. They schedule your sessions when they work best for you. The front desk girls are friendly and remember you. The techs are all excited to be there and are applying to PT school so they are motivated and help you with your exercises. Not every PT specializes in dry needling or other techniques so if you're interested in something specific make sure to ask to be paired up with the appropriate therapist.

The employees are not getting paid hourly so if you have to cancel prepare to get texts like "our staff still need to feed their family" and " if you have regular health problems we suggest you go to a different salon, because it's not fair for our staff to lose income." As well as texts saying they will be charging you for your appointment regardless of the reason. I am not saying you shouldn't have a cancellation policy in place, but why should we have to put up with verbal abuse from a business owner? For what, for cancelling an appointment? For a little background my mom just lost her son at the end of July. She has also been having a flare up of her autoimmune disorder, she had to cancel her appointment with flourish , she thought she was doing better so rescheduled, but ended up in the hospital and had to be aero med'd to Butterworth for a serious heart attack. After that my mom received a series of texts that are actually disturbing! The lack of empathy, respect, compassion, and integrity makes me sick! Never again! So unprofessional!
