The staff and Dr were pleasant, the Dr explained what he was doing, but I had to ask a lot of basic questions that I feel should have been part of an introduction to a new practice and treatment and care of a "common problem" but one I myself have never experienced. I don't feel confident enough to return Update: This office took my feedback seriously and did everything right as far as a follow up. I appreciate the prompt attention to my concerns. Thank you GRW

When you do repeated injections in the painful area and it doesn't help, he tries to shame you into continuing the injections anyway. If he had bothered to review my prior MRI or order a new MRI (and any good practitioner would have), he would have found that it was referred pain from a severe back problem that can't be fixed with injections and requires surgery. My advice is to try somewhere else that isn't just a needle-jockey mill.

After going to a general doctor who wanted x-rays, CAT scans, MRIs, and all of the other tests my stepmom suggested I see a chiropractor before all the tests. It turns out I was getting the headaches from not eating enough protein. They saved me hours of tests and lots of money by figuring that out. I normally go to Dr Eric, but have also seen Dr Vince as well. They have fixed rolled ankles, dislocated joints, horrible alignment issues... I go to them for just about every ailment. It's also so nice that they don't follow the treatment philosophy some chiropractors do where they want you to come in 3 times a week for an extended period of time, then twice a week after that. They tailor the treatment to what you actually need, and don't try to make you come in more than necessary. I recommend them to everyone who wants or needs a chiropractor!

I was very sick: heart and digestive problems. Dr. John tested me with state-of-the-art equipment that properly determined that my problem (panic attacks, anxiety, etc.) was caused by a slow parasympathetic system. My thyroid was the 'gist of my problems. It was causing the digestive and heart problems... and the panic/anxiety. Dr. John put me on a 12-visit nutritional program where he monitors what I eat, muscle tests me for what my body needs, and prescribes a catered nutritional supplementary whole-food program based on what he found. I have been visiting Dr. John for about 6 months. The result? My panic attacks and anxiety are gone. My heart problems are no more... I am able to work out again. My digestive problems are gone too.
