Other places I've gone to the therapists haven't listened to that request at all. He spent a good amount of time on the knots in my calves, but also worked my arms and upper body just enough. I was very comfortable the whole time. I haven't been back yet, but my husband and I are both planning to schedule with them in the next couple of weeks. Last time I had a 60 minute massage, but their pricing is so reasonable I plan to try the 90 minute next time.
