This is EXACTLY what I received working with Bill. - Trevor worked hard to coordinate with me and my property managers in IL perfectly. - He kept me updated on changes in scheduling to let me know in real time when Bill would be reviewing the property. - Bill was very generous with his time and made time to give me a verbal walkthrough by phone. - This debriefing was great, and he answered all the questions I had--he didn't rush me off the phone and was happy to meet with me. I would highly recommend Peterson Home Inspection to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the Illinois area, and I will definitely look to work with them again in the future!

The pictures that were provided were high quality unlike other inspection reports from other companies. The inspection report was simple and easy to understand and it had a nice web-based checklist repair generator tool -very advanced and kudos to Big River for bringing technology to these outdated reports. Their price was fair for the 3 unit inspection including the radon test. Drone footage was clear. Overall I would recommend their service if you need inspection.
