This is EXACTLY what I received working with Bill. - Trevor worked hard to coordinate with me and my property managers in IL perfectly. - He kept me updated on changes in scheduling to let me know in real time when Bill would be reviewing the property. - Bill was very generous with his time and made time to give me a verbal walkthrough by phone. - This debriefing was great, and he answered all the questions I had--he didn't rush me off the phone and was happy to meet with me. Their price was fair for the 3 unit inspection including the radon test. Drone footage was clear. Overall I would recommend their service if you need inspection.
