As we were leaving we realized that they closed at 5pm. He stayed late without rushing us or bringing it to our attention that it was closing time. We had our carpet installed within a few short days. Our installer was Ryan and he was very respectful & helpful. Couldn't believe how efficient he was! He had in done in a couple hours. Great value, products and service!! The only thing that could have made experience better would be if they would clean up afterwards. We recently had the upstairs carpeted by someone else and it was immaculate when they left. That little extra service step made a big difference in my opinion.

They then said they'd send another installer to look at the floor. We set up a time for him to come and he did not show up or call to say he wasn't. When I reached out to the son to try and find out what was going on and if the guy was still coming that night I was told NOT to call him after hours. Didn't seem to care his person left me hanging. It then progressed into being called repeatedly to the point of harassment from the owner. This was so ridiculous I then said I do NOT want to do business with this kind of people and customer service. It was actually scary for me.
