Had I come on my own I wouldn't have known so many amazing things about this other worldly place. I met Steve in Kanab at the Coral Cliffs Tours office. We drove in a 4x4 company vehicle. He told me so much about all the history of each area we came across before we even got to White Pocket. I never felt unsafe as he was very professional in his handling in the navigation of the uneven, deep sand dirt road. We spent 3-4 hours traversing the various areas and hills of white pocket while he explained how they came about, the various colors and some great scientific mystery about them. Such a good tour and a heck of a lot more learned than had I just come here to snap some photos. 6-7 hours for $350.00 is a steal for the amount of time and schooling I got and I didn't have to drive. They even provided water! Worth every cent! I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Steve. Excellent guide!

Aaron took us to the Peekaboo Slot Canyon, and we couldn't wish a better guide! He is a professional photographer, so we came home with the best canyon pictures ever! He also shared many interesting facts about local history, rocks, plants, etc. And he just brightened our day with his shiny personality! I wish we had more days in Kanab to go canyoneering with him! The very next day we went to the White Pocket with Quinn, and had a great time as well. The road to the White Pocket was rough and pretty exhausting, but we made a couple of stops, stretched our legs, got some delicious cookies at Jacob Lake, and even saw 8 condors. Quinn shared LOTS of interesting info with us! We were also pleasantly surprised how easily he navigated through deep sand. At the White Pocket he showed us all the highlights and the best spots for taking great photos. To sum it up, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Coral Cliff Tours and highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning to buy tours from Kanab!

I can say enough good things about this company. The owner is Yermo and he was so helpful. My…read morefriend and I needed a shuttle to the start of the Paria Canyon to hike from Whitehouse to Lees Ferry. Before even hiring Yermo he talked to me for a long time regarding all the things I would need to make this trip successful. We were originally going to start at Wire Pass to incorporate the Buckskin Gulch, but once we got there he informed us it was quite flooded in areas and would be too difficult to get through so we started at Whitehouse trailhead instead. My friend had gotten a new Iphone 17 and we were able to communicate with Yermo a few times during the hike. You don't see many people along the way and it was comforting knowing we had someone who would keep us informed. We had an amazing and safe trip!!! If safety is your top priority which it was for myself and my friend, Yermo is the person you want to hire!! He also gave us hiking tips for this trip such as Randy Sun socks (a must have) and rubber tips for your hiking poles!!

Our experience was exceptional, start to finish. We originally booked White Pocket, but owner Yermo was helpful in accommodating an itinerary change when we also secured a permit for South Coyote Buttes, weeks later. When we arrived in Page, there was good follow-through in messaging us about our meeting point, timing, and contact details, and all rolled absolutely seamlessly on the tour. Our guide, Brand, made the entire day shine -- he's exceedingly knowledgeable, prepared, friendly, and astute, taking the client's skill level and wishes into full account. He and others at Seeking Treasure also serve as the backups to the local search-and-rescue crew, so you could not ask for a more equipped and experienced team. Brand showed us everything from the most popular vantages to those that were more obscure but even more exciting and beautiful in perspective. He is also a highly capable driver in the route's deep sands, and the vehicle was comfortable and sturdy. Having a private guide is always an immensely preferable option, and Seeking Treasure Adventures ensures a personalized tour that will help you find the treasure you seek -- simply outstanding!

What a thrill. Just got back from the 8 day motorized raft trip! Been waiting my whole adult life…read morefor this trip and it did not disappoint! Our guide Adam was the best. He knew the river and canyon backwards and forwards. He was a great storyteller and a wonderful guide and boatman. I always felt safe and he got us the best camping spots and the knew the best side canyons to explore. Swamper Orion was awesome. He was a great cook and a hard worker. We were never hungry! Both these guys were the best.

What can you say? This was glamping beyond my wildest expectations! The food was fresh every day,…read moretwo hot meals and a cold lunch each day, cold juice and soda beverages at any time. The guides, Glade and Hannah, were terrific, like personal chefs there to assure you had a great time and were safe. They aimed at the best part of every rapid- a real E-ticket ride. Some advice: 1. bring more alcohol-it was hot in August, probably 100, we are not big drinkers but 3-4 cold beers a day would sure have been nice, we ran out on day 6 2. wear light colored clothes if the weather is going to be warm 3. bring a walking stick, very helpful on the hikes scrambling over boulders and rocks 4. bring more alcohol 5. a waterproof day pack to have some gear readily accessible on the raft would have been nice 6. Have a set of river shoes, and a set of hiking shoes for shore excursions. My river shoes were great on wet rocks in the river, but tenuous at best when hiking 7. bring more alcohol 8. I balked at the sarong idea and regretted it, sarong would have been great to keep cool on the raft and to provide additional sun protection 9. Gel or spray on deodorant would have been nice, I brought body wash but it did not really cut it. 10. Consider going in May-mid July time frame when river is running clear. Once monsoon season starts in Arizona the river runs silty. Still a great trip. GCE is one of the few companies that provides cots and sleeping pads and sleeping bags as part of the experience, other companies might charge extra.
